Pros:

Breakfast was good, service slow for omelets but they were very good. Pancakes in buffet tough and hard. Smoked salmon wonderful as was the fruit

Better than Most
Pros:

The Regency is well located, has large and well appointed suites, and attractive grounds. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our short stay and wish we could stay longer. Most hotels are just convenient stop overs. This hotel was so comfortable that we hope to stay again. And they were very kind to our dog as well.

Great experience and highly recommmend
Pros:

Beautiful hotel; comfortable room and beds; attentive and friendly staff. No need to go somewhere for dinner as nice bar and dining room in hotel and we had excellent meals after being on the road for 12 hrs. This will be where we always stay in Atlanta area going forward.

Location is good, staff is amazing, enjoyed family time in sitting area in suite.
Pros:

Open concept, beautiful lobby and restaurant, nice views from rooms.

Cons:

No light in shower stall, no throw for sitting on sofa, if choosing à la cart for breakfast you will spend more than buffet price, no cork screw in room, TV not user friendly

Nice staff,bar and dinner items
Pros:

The best part of our visit was the Bartender Lawrence. The steak tacos and wings were very good. I wish the bed and pillows were more comfortable. The pool was not open yet. The parking is very strange. It says $12 for overnight parking but we never were charged. The breakfast was very expensive so we skipped it. The do have free coffee and a water bottle fill station that was nice.

Pros:

"I'd suggest avoiding rooms near the elevator — the aging machinery can be quite rattly and may disturb your rest. Good luck and enjoy your stay.

Hotel near Truist Park
Pros:

Pros:

I had a great stay, the property was beautiful and clean. The main restaurant was very slow; ordering was a wait, and even paying the bill was a wait. The food was delicious.

Cons:

The restaurant service was just slow, but overall the food was delicious. So I overlooked the wait.

It was wonderful and close to our event that brought us to Atlanta

Hyatt Regency has potential
Pros:

Beautiful hotel but the room was not up to par on the “suite” experience I was expecting. It is slightly frustrating that amenities you could get for free anywhere else, are an extra charge. I knew about this going in, but I thought that my experience at the hotel would have been better and those costs would have been worth it. But I will say the staff at the hotel was very kind and understand about any questions and concerns that I had!! I really appreciated their customer service.

Nice hotel with great customer service
Pros:

Nice basic hotel. Clean and in good condition. Best best part was that the staff were great. Definate customer service attitude. Everyone was great but a special shout out to Glenda who was awesome.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was nice!

Cons:

My son left covered in bumps which I suspect were bed bug bites! I notified the hotel and a supervisor was supposed to call me back! It’s been a week and no call!
