Cons:

I’m really not one to complain, I’m not high maintenance when it comes to hotels but they need to work on cleaning better. The shower was very dirty and my socks were dirty from walking on carpet

Al final cuando me retiré del hotel el joven muchacho de recepción fue muy amable y me quedo con eso.

Al instalación limpia, ordenada y por cierre el trato amable del muchacho de recepción cuando salía del hotel.

Cons:

La atención de la señorita al ingresar al hotel con poca empatía al yo decirle que no sabía mucho el inglés, poca paciencia hacia mi persona.

Nothing the price wasn’t even worth the attitude from the front desk staff to the disgusting filth that the room had with spiders and a non clean bathroom

My first incounter with the front desk staff was on the phone she spoke so love nothing was heard! At 315pm I checked in with the sale girl no hello no greeting as I was black but the white couple after me got smiles and a greeting. She never told me my room or where it was I had to find it on my own. The bathroom was unclean spiders crawling in it and webs all in the room. No telephone at all and no breakfast even tho on booking and their sight says it. The tv has no apps and the remote never worked.
