Pretty disappointing for the money
Pros:

Comfortable bed, renovated rooms

Cons:

Poor breakfast options, breakfast not available during advertised hours, charging for parking in a suburban area, coffee only available by request from the front desk, no full housekeeping even upon request for <7 night stay. Unacceptable for $200+ per night in the suburbs.

Clean and comfortable, but basic - don’t expect anything extra
Pros:

Good location, clean and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

I don’t mind paying for breakfast, but I can’t believe they make you pay for coffee in the morning. Even the cheapest hotel usually provides lobby coffee. Why so stingy?

the hotel was serviceable but just that. Staff was not that helpful and breakfast was meager.
Cons:

we pre-paid for breakfast. What was put out as "breakfast" was a poor excuse. A bunch of pre-packaged muffins and pastries in cello. Also when I asked the person at reception "where was the breakfast" that's what she pointed to. i later learned there were a few more offerings, a yogurt in the fridge, but nobody on staff pointed this out. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast even though we had paid for it. :-( Also the bed was lumpy as were the pillows.
