The location is excellent, it is next to the Shimbashi station and a walking distance from Ginza. It's even convenient for taking a Limousine Airport bus from Narita.
There were a lot of amenities to chose from which was a nice touch.
The rooms were really small even though we've expected it. It's difficult if you have big luggage.

Excellent location. Neat, clean, quiet rooms with a lovely breakfast with good variety. We loved the provided pajamas too.
Room was a little bit too small for a couple with 2 large suitcases. It would be great if we could've stored at least one of them under the bed.
