価格は、周辺の宿泊施設と比較して、非常にコストパフォーマンスが良い。

Cons:

部屋、ユニットバスが狭い。ただ、恐ろしく低価格であることを考えると、十分です。
清掃がいまいちなところもありました。アトピーや喘息持ちの方は避けたほうが良いかも。私は問題なしでした。

El personal muy amable y la habitación cómoda. El barrio dónde está situado es muy tranquilo, hay algunos restaurantes cerca dónde puedes comer. La estación de tren está a 10min caminado.

Cons:

No es un barrio céntrico de tokio, pero esta bien comunicado, a unos 20 minutos del centro en tren.
