A comfortabke, pleasant stay
Pros:

A very comfortable hotel with additional amenities like tea and an excellent quality coffee we really liked. We will definitely stay here next time.

価格相応
Pros:

駅から少し歩くとはいえ、田端という立地でこの価格はなかなか頑張ってくださっていると思います。

Cons:

格安なので仕方ないのは理解しつつ、おもちゃのように小さいドライヤーしか置いてなかったので、せめてフロント貸し出しでいいのでもうちょっとちゃんとしたドライヤーがあると助かります。特にロングヘアの人だとあのドライヤーで乾かすのは相当大変です。

あとは施設が古いのでこちらもある程度は仕方ないとは思いつつも、ユニットバスの下水の匂いが結構強いです。
