Overall, the stay was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was good. There was free parking, the Wi-Fi was good, the shower was good, and the hot water was satisfactory.
The cleanliness was generally good, although the bathroom could have been cleaner and better maintained.

Cons:

The main downside was the limited amenities in the room. The wardrobe was open and not enclosed, and the bathroom needed better shelving. It would also be better to have a water heater for heating the water, as there wasn’t one, as well as a small refrigerator in the room.

Excellent value, welcoming staff, and a very comfortable stay.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay and the hotel exceeded my expectations, especially considering the budget-friendly price.

A special thank you to Mohammad at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to make me feel welcome and well taken care of. His kindness and hospitality really made a difference.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The private bathroom was also very clean and had everything I needed. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Jordan!
