全体的な設備、サービス、清潔感、ロケーション最高でした。
スタッフさんも人当たりが良く気持ち良く滞在出来ました。
食事が美味しい！素材自体が美味しいのが良く分かります！レモンはかじっても美味しく食べられてしまいます(笑) 朝食が夕食より良いかもっていうレベルでした。
※濃い味好きな方にはおすすめ出来ないかも。
天窓から星を眺めるのもよし、展望台から周囲一帯を眺めるのもよし！めっちゃ癒されます。
出てすぐの丘が朝最高に気持ちが良い。
ニジゲンノモリで目一杯遊んでもすぐ休めます。
スタッフさん感じは良いのですがボロがありました。(コース料理一品抜けた、料理の運びの説明漏れ)
すぐ対応はしてもらえる為気分を害することもないですが、宿泊費踏まえると頑張って欲しい点でした。
お風呂の栓をしてもお湯が抜けていく。
シャワーヘッドが割れている。
この2点はちゃんとチェック&修繕しないとよろしくなかったと思いました(笑)
地點很棒, 入夜的星空非常美, 能在房間的露台觀星, 也有檜木浴缸非常好聞, 是此行覺得最有價值的地方。員工非常友善, 也很願意協助客人。餐飲表現很好, minibar誠意十足, 入住主題房型體驗也是很有趣的！
以房價而言, 主題房型的精緻度不足, 客廳沙發區的沙發不潔有明顯污漬, 應該要換沙發布了。床的舒適度不佳。
主題套房讓孩子很開心
服務人員的英文能力可以加強，如此在幫忙安排接駁服務的時候針對時間、碰面地點可以更精確。

This was a terrific place - but way out of the usual travel corridors. Requires taking a bus - and the staff did not really know where to get the bus to leave. The food was terrific. And the Godzilla Operation was a delight, especially the museum. The Godzilla room was the best ever!
Staff misdirected us as to where to get the bus when we left. Even with a translation device, we had some problems communicating. It's a great place.

Absolutely the best location you can get for visiting theme park. Non collab rooms (cocoons) are still worth it as you get the same awesome service! You will get retro mobile cell phone which will let you to communicate with front desk and ask for a ride between activities in the park or delivery of your luggage even after checkout! The stuff is super nice and polite.
Room is very specious and really beautiful, especially if you are into the wooden aesthetic. You will get some fresh fruits and free wine which you will be able to enjoy in the private bath or at your private balcony.
Thankfully to Grand Chariot we were able to get the most remarkable experience and good memories of our stay.

We had booked the Hokage Villa for 2 Nights and it was awesome! The Staff was super friendly and very helpful all the time. The Room was awesome! Anybody who is a Naruto Fan will love it. The Merchandise is Great as well.
The Dinner and the breakfast were super Delicoius and mostly with ingredients from Awaji Island.
The Demon Slayer Walk and the Naruto Park were awesome!
