Good for one night, but no more than that.

Definitely close to most things we wanted to go see. Noise level was not bad for location. Most of the staff was very nice.

We were family of four, for four days. We have stayed many, many places. This was by far, the most uncomfortable hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was unbearable for size. The beds were absolutely horrible quality for what the property charges, and only 15 inches apart. Like buy some new beds if you want people to return. Then there is no plug in the bathroom?? I literally had to plug the hairdryer in outside the bathroom and then sit on the floor to dry my hair to not disturb the other people in the room who were laying down. No elevator means carrying everything up narrow stairs. Front door never opened properly with card. I could go on and on but I’m sure you get the picture. If your family has a combined weight of more then 400lbs, I highly suggest you look else where.

The staff is top notch and the location is iconic.
Pros:

The staff here, Isabella, Yasmin, Celio and ALL of them worked very hard with me to correct a mistake I made while booking on a 3rd party platform. They helped us carry our luggage up the stairs to the rooms. They also booked the taxi for me to the airport since i was traveling with 5 people, plus luggage, and explained which terminal to go to first. This staff is VERY FRIENDLY and they work hard to help the guests.

I'm not going to put this next part in the "didn't like" section because it is simply an immutable truth about the location that can't be changed. This building is CONNECTED TO and ON TOP OF the Temple Bar , which is arguably the most visited and photgraphed bar in Dublin. You CANNOT escape the music, the screaming, the arguing and the yelling. Some rooms are quieter than others but you should EXPECT noise... including at 5am when the truck comes to water the plants or take out the empty whiskey bottles and kegs. Do NOT stay here and then be annoyed by the noise. Additionally, children under 18 are not allowed to stay here at all.. even as guests with their parents. Every person in the room MUST be 18. Be advised before you book.
This is like staying in the center of Times Square or the French Quarter ... it is what it is. If that bothers you, stay elsewhere.

the rooms for two were much much smaller with no walk room compared to the 4 person rooms. But if you don’t plan to be in the room much it doesn’t matter

Overall a good stay, great location, friendly staff and would go back.
Pros:

Location was great, right in the heart of the city centre. Staff were lovely, very helpful with recommendations and transport coordination. Hotel was clean and air con was an added bonus.

Cons:

Our room was tiny ! I didn’t expect it to be so small, although we were about to make do with strategic suitcase maneuvering. Also I didn’t see they did not have an elevator - luckily we were on the first floor so only 3 flights of stairs.

Pros:

Super emplacement, très bonne communication et accueil parfait. L'appartement est très bien équipé, propre, confortable. Possibilité de consigne gratuite qui est un avantage non négligeable.

Cons:

Le seul souci, c'est le bruit en soirée et tard dans la nuit qui vient du bar situé juste en dessous des fenêtres.
