Off the beaten track heaven!
Pros:

Located just up the hill from the centre of Montelepre, this hotel was a great choice for me. I had intended on staying at Palermo, but the city was packed because of the festival of St Rossalie. I actually really enjoy staying a little off the beaten track in Italy, and find less touristy places much more friendly as a rule. That was certainly the case in Montelepre, where everyone I met was helpful and welcoming, even though I don't speak a word of Italian. The room at the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were brilliant. The private parking was practical. My balcony had a fabulous view, and I can't recommend the restaurant enough if you're stopping for dinner. Breakfast was perhaps a little spartan, but this was hardly a big deal. I really enjoyed the stay!

Il fatto che sia una struttura antica ma allo stesso tempo rimodernata sa molto di cultura! La stanza era accogliente e pulita

Cons:

Doccia troppo piccola, soprattutto con la tenda… mentre ti lavavi ti si attaccava, era rivoltante.
Stanza piccolina, ma tutto sommato andava bene. L’unica pecca che se accendi un phon da casa tua ti si stacca la luce 😅
