Nie działająca klimatyzacja, po naprawie w mieszkaniu na najwyższym piętrze uporczywy smród zaciągany z kratek kanalizacyjnych. W mieszkaniu na drugiem piętrze zaatakowały nas mrówki. A pod umywalka w łazience była łapka na mrówki, więc właściciel świetnie zdawał sobie sprawę z problemu z insektami. W pościeli jak i w ręcznikach były czarno włosy. Ogólny wygląd mieszkań nie był zły, natomiast po przyjrzeniu się wychodziły mankamenty. Jak niestabilna lodówka, uciążliwość z korzystania z kuchni ponieważ szafki nie są spasowane ze sobą. Brudne meble, widać że mieszkania nie są odpowiednie sprzątane po poprzednich wynajmujących. Właściciel zaczął reagować na nasze zgłoszenie dopiero po zgłoszonej problemu do booking.com

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und die eine Schranktür ist beim Benutzen direkt abgefallen. Es gab Bettwanzen und die Inhaber konnte man kaum erreichen. Wir mussten uns an Booking wenden, weil der Service super schlecht war und uns keine Alternative angeboten wurde. Wir waren außer Fassung, da wir nur bemitleidet wurden, aber keinerlei Maßnahmen getroffen wurden. Peinlich!

The link you sent through Booking.com directed me to the check-in page, but I could not obtain the information needed to gain access. I called your team several times over a period of one hour and thirty minutes, and I kept receiving the same incorrect link. I completed the check-in process at least five times, but still could not access the apartment.

During the final call, I became very upset because it was extremely hot outside and my son began showing symptoms of heat exhaustion, to the point where I was considering calling an ambulance. When I insisted that your team complete the necessary verification on your side and send the access details directly to my Yahoo email address, the issue was resolved within less than five minutes. At the same time, however, your employee attempted to scold me for raising my voice. I find this completely inappropriate, especially considering that your failure to resolve the issue promptly put my children at risk while they were forced to wait outside in the heat.

The second issue occurred during the night of Friday, June 13. While we were sleeping, I was awakened around 4:00 a.m. by loud noise coming from neighbouring apartments. Then, at approximately 4:20 a.m., someone unlocked our apartment door and entered. A strange man walked into the apartment. Fortunately, I was awake and immediately asked him to leave.

I cannot understand how he was able to unlock the door or why he entered our apartment. This incident made us feel unsafe and raised serious concerns about the security of the property.

Finally, there was an ant problem in the apartment, particularly in the kitchen area. There were also ants on the sofa where my son and I were sleeping.

These issues prevented us from fully enjoying our holiday in Malaga.
