Beautiful property, the hotel is stunning, room was immaculate, bed was comfortable, we slept like a log. Location was perfect for us and the staff were fabulous, even gave us a free upgrade for my birthday and a lovely little cake in the room. Could t ask for more. When we return to London we will definitely look to stay here again.

The staff are very helpful. I twisted my ankle while in London, the hotel provided wheelchair and ice bags, extended our check out time, it showed that they truly care of customs.
The front desk behaviour and manners was atrocious. Haseena at the front desk was extremely unhelpful and rude. Would not admit that she simply didn't know how the AC worked, then tried to lie and say "there was no supervisor in the building", when she was in fact standing right next to her.

Great location! Lots of space in the room! Very comfortable bed!
Shower was dangerous getting in and out of and a huge leak through a failed seal on glass door left lots of water on bathroom floor after each use. We told the staff and were assured it had been fixed. It was not! Rather than continue with this “dance”, we just used towels to clean up water for the rest of our stay. Disappointed that we had to deal with this dangerous issue, especially considering the high cost of the room and the fact we brought it to the attention of the hotel early in our stay.
