Location. Room size and layout
Expensive
Size of the room was excellent.
Tiles on bathroom floor were loose, and we don't enjoy shower baths, would rather a walk-in shower and no bath.

Everything is great
I came in sometime ago, and the guy at the bar “Ricado” was really nice and pleasant. I’ll definitely visit again soon..
I'm a recurring costumer in the hotel, coming every few months.
The crew are always helpful.
I would like to personally thank Ricardo, be bartender in the restaurant, who was always super pleasant, helpful and friendly.
The only downside, The beds and pillows needs some upgrade, it's hard to sleep on them.
The hotel is very well designed, the rooms are clean and have everything you need like a steamer and a hair drier. The highlight is the bar. The bartender Riccardo was the most helpful, professional, outgoing and kind to us throughout our stay. He really made our stay from nice to great.
Unfortunately the lifts, TV and WiFi were not working on the evening of the 19th

Great location for the centre of London, lovely bright room, great breakfast with lots of choice. Staff were very welcoming. It was the first day of our honeymoon and they kindly left us a bottle of prosecco in our room.
