The location was excellent, with many of London’s major attractions within walking distance and nearby Tube stations making it easy to get around. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, the staff were friendly and welcoming. It was a perfect base for exploring London.
The room was a little on the small side, which is fairly typical for central London hotels. Aside from that, there was very little to complain about.
The room was lovely and very clean, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
Only let down was there wasn’t a window letting in natural light to our room.

Air conditioning didn’t work.
The bedrooms were lovely, even the most basic rooms. The staff were all exceptional and helped a lot. The air con was broken during the heatwave when we visited and they gave us an air con unit in our room which was amazing. We also got given complementary breakfast which was a lovely touch.
Nothing not to like
Bathroom was spacious and clean.
I would like to have had more space for personal belongings and hanging clothes.
