A refound and compensation
The worst service I have ever received, and I am a very frequent traveler. The room was filthy, the sheets were dirty, the toilet was filthy, and the furniture and carpets were splashed with bodily fluids. The manager was disrespectful and rude. This property should not be promoted by you. It is the worst place I have ever stayed. Even when I was younger and traveling around Europe and Latin America in hostels, I never received such a poor product and service.
Staff was great, location was convenient to the interstate and several restaurants were within walking distance.
Location was good. Free breakfast was ok.
Upon our arrival, both elevators were not working. We were told they would be operating in a half hour. This turned out to be 4 hours. Our toilet became clogged $ the front desk offered us a plunger to fix it ourselves. For our entire stay, there were big rolls of carpet in front of the bathrooms in the lobby. My husband tripped over them & ended up with a huge bruise on his stomach. Very dangerous.
The breakfast is always great. It is always hot. And my family loves the breakfast.
No hot tub
Fifi did an especially wonderful job welcoming us at the desk and making it comfortable for our little chihuahua. The room was clean and new and everything was just fine!

Staff very aloof. Did not acknowledge us. The breakfast was sparse and staff was more concerned with mopping the back than filling anything g anything. Cleaning, touching hair and mop pads while handling food is not acceptable. Sorry, the room was clean but that was the only positive. Will not be back.
We also stayed at the LaQuinta inn Clarksville TN and had the best experience. Great staff, helpful and friendly. Earl’s groovy breakfast was awesome. Would stay there again.
My husband and I just checked out yesterday April 23, 2026. We would like to acknowledge Fifi at Front desk for her wonderful customer service. She's very helpful and attentive to our needs. This hotel is nice and clean. The breakfast is good too it didn't gave us a heartburn after eating. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and we will be back.
I've stayed at this hotel several times in recent years. It's conveniently located for the business I need to conduct, it's clean and up-to-date, the rooms are large and well-appointed, and the staff is always professional and courteous. I only had breakfast on one morning, but it was a broad array of food, the area was clean, and the staff member who was responsible for it was efficient and very friendly.
The hotel is still new, though it's beginning to show a little wear. The sealant/grouting in the bathroom was beginning to discolor, and minor things like that. My only real complaint was that the HVAC fan in my room was terribly loud. I had noted this and was later told that they didn't have the parts on hand to repair it, which surprised me in light of the generally well-maintained facility.
They prepared the gift for us because we just got married on that day , the room looked so nice. Good sleep and we got 2 different TVs because one wouldn’t have closed caption on but another tv does, (I am deaf) it worked well for us.
Nothing. We enjoyed our night and morning together.
