The Belson couldnt accomodate me after charging me & am still waiting for my refund one month later

Beliggenhed tæt på lufthavn

Cons:

Jeg kunne ikke booke ind på mit bookede værelse. Fik tildelt tre forskellige værelser som alle havde gæster sovende i sengene i forvejen. Lidt uhyggeligt at man bare kunne gå ind til sovende gæster. Der var tekniske problemer med hotellets computer system og flere gæster havde samme problem som jeg. Jeg måtte selv booke et nyt værelse i et til dyr hotel. Dette var efter midnat nu så fik ikke sovet meget den nat da jeg skulle op kl.05 for at nå et fly i lufthavnen. Belson lovede at refundere bookingen da jeg ikke fik noget ophold der. Jeg venter stadig på min refund og har ikke fået svar på min mail angående hvornår jeg modtager mine penge. Belson har lovet at refundere pengene og det er nu en måned siden. Ikke god service.

Parfait pour un séjour d'affaires.
Pros:

Personnel accueillant et aimable. Très réactif.
Bien situé.
Chambres propres, bien décorées et calmes.
Petit déjeuner parfait.
Petits plats brasserie corrects.

Cons:

Baignoire avec tuyau de douche un peu vieillot qu'on ne pouvait pas accrocher au mur. Eau bouillante.
Mais le personnel a été réactif pour trouver une solution.
