Pros:

De kamer op zich helemaal niks mis mee. Er was alleen niet alles aanwezig wat op de site stond. Niet dat ik dat miste. Bijvoorbeeld een bad, fohn

Cons:

Ik kwam binnen vanuit de garage, eerst over allemaal gereedschap en materiaal heen stappen om het gebouw in te komen, en dat voor maar 22 euro. Heel erg rommelig. Er was geen bar aanwezig ,ontbijt aan de overkant in een restaurant. Daar werd helemaal niks gezegd of gevraagd aan je. Standaard ontbijt maar geen jams voor bij de croissants. De gasten in de kamer naast mij waren heel druk aan het praten en rennende kinderen tot na 2300 was een gezin denk ik. En boven werden constant meubels verschoven tot na 2200 uur. Ik snap dat ze midden in een grote verbouwing zitten maar dan mag je ook wel de prijzen aanpassen. En o ja de ramen waren heel erg vies, ondanks brussel bij ondergaande zon zag er treurig uit.

Grosse déception
Pros:

Les chambres sont très bien même si nous n’en avons guère profité.

Cons:

Hôtel en travaux !!! Réception et petit déjeuner délocalisés.
Perceuse ou marteau piqueur à 7 h du matin.
Suite à nos plaintes virulentes, le prix de la chambre nous a été remboursé.
Cependant je trouve incroyable qu’il ne soit pas mentionné lors de la réservation que l’hôtel n’offrirait pas le confort et les services habituels.

Es war gerade ein Umbau im Gange (dieses Hotel wird künftig zu Marriott gehören), dennoch war es ruhig im Hotel und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Hotel je aktuálně v generální rekonstrukci. Vchází se vstupem pro personál nebo prádelnu, nebo, co to je, cestou do pokoje se proplétáte mezi lakýrníky a stavebními dělníky, ráno se probouzíte za zvuku zbíjecího kladiva. To vše za plnou cenu. O tom, že vám i přes cedulku "Nerušit" uklizečka důrazně klepe na dveře 10 minut před termínem check-outu, už asi ani není třeba mluvit. Do Bru létám poměrně často, ale zde už ne, děkuji...

En travaux de rénovation
Pros:

L'établissement étant en travaux, pour compenser les inconvénients, nous avons été surclassés.

Cons:

L'établissement pourrait prévenir. Nous y allons régulièrement. Il était déjà en travaux à Noël.. Cette fois, c'était en plein dedans. Même les escaliers pour aller du parking à la réception étaient encombrés. Il a fallu presque escalader des planches et des barres de fer avec nos valises. Même le dimanche matin, dès 10h, on entendait forer.

Struttura piena di lavori in corso

Cons:

Stanno effettuando importanti lavori di ristrutturazione che rendono la struttura poco consona a starci.
La cosa più grave è che non era menzionato nulla di ciò all’atto della prenotazione.
Mi dispiace perché ho usato questa struttura in tante occasioni.
Ho contattato booking per supporto ma purtroppo siete stati assenti.. e questo non va bene..
