Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Guter Kaffee, Säfte, Tee, Wurst, unterschiedliches Brot und Aufstriche. Die Gepäck Aufbewahrung war kostenlos. Das war ein deutlicher Pluspunkt. Auf Nachfrage haben wir ein Zimmer mit größeren Bett erhalten. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Bad war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Brausekopf war stark verpackt, so dass nur 1 Srahl mit wenig Wasser raus kam.

Die Lage ist top - gegenüber vom Bahnhof!!!

Cons:

Zimmer eher klein, dunkel und alt, Frühstück nicht besonders gut, Frühstücksraum nicht sehr einladend, Preise auf der Dachterrasse zu hoch

Bit of luxury in Malta.
Pros:

Close to Valletta but overlooking the water. Pool was lovely and never crowded with the added bonus of a small beach and access to the sea. Great restaurants, big comfortable rooms/bathrooms and helpful staff.

Cons:

Nothing, we wanted to stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful hotel but be wary of canal views
Pros:

Located directly on the Grand Canal getting to and from the hotel was very easy. Beautiful interiors and an amazing roof top bar added to the ambiance of the stay. The rooms was beautifully appointed and we had an amazing view from our balcony.

Cons:

Unfortunately our balcony was directly above one of the entrances to the hotel. Because of this people would stand outside smoking from 6am to late into the night. This made it impossible to keep the windows open after we came back the first day to a room reeking of cigarettes. The noise of people gathering for tours also penetrated the windows waking us up at 7am each day. The lack of air made the room quite stuffy.

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble
Pros:

Nous avons été très bien accueilli à notre arrivée. L'équipe de la réception a été tout au long de notre séjour très agréable et attentionnée. Nous avons trouvé que notre chambre était petite. Elle était très propre et calme. Elle donnait sur une cour intérieure. Dans l'ensemble c'était assez tranquille et les clients de l'étage était respectueux ce qui nous a permis de bien dormir. Le petit-déjeuner était parfait et bien présenté.

Cons:

La douche n'est pas hermétique et nous avions chaque fois une flaque d'eau sur le sol. Cet hôtel a beaucoup de cachet, mais malheureusement tout est défraîchi. Je pense qu'une rénovation partielle serait de mise. L'accueil au petit déjeuner pourrait être plus chaleureux (la responsable est peu souriante et un peu brusque). La personne qui ravitaille le buffet est désagréable, elle pousse son chariot métallique et n'hésite pas à vous bousculer si vous ne libérez pas le passage. Très antipathique ! Dommage. Le dernier soir nous sommes allés sur la terrasse au 4ème étage nous avions demandé un thé et malheureusement il n'était pas possible de l'avoir. On nous a gentiment prié de redescendre au rez pour l'obtenir. Quelle déception, pour un 4 étoiles .....
