Idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Stadbesichtigung
Pros:

Die Lage für eine Stadtbesichtigung ist ideal (kurze Wege); das Frühstückssbuffet sehr liebevoll und mit großer Auswahl gestaltet; das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend;

Cons:

Der Vibrationen von der Straßenbahn - war im ersten Zimmer nur schwer zu ertragen; nach dem Wechsel in ein anderes Zimmer war dann alles o.K.

We had no hot water to shower with and complained to manager who said he could not do anything about it . We asked for some compensation back and he said no it was not his problem

Would not stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

Close to all amenities. Breakfast was ok. Fresh fruit for breakfast. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

Extremely noisy. Kids were partying till midnight outside our door. No shampoo in bathroom. Wiring problem with lights above double bed. Building shook when rapid transit went by. They handed out ear plugs to use at night.

Does not worth the money, unless you are desperate and the only thing that matters is the location.
Pros:

Good location and breaky, but that's all.

Cons:

The photos are not true or manipulatively selective. I had a room No 4 and there was awful smell from the bathroom. I specifically booked a room with a double-bed (costs more), but there were 2 single beds with paralon between them. Matrses on the bed are as hard as the rock can be.

A cozy hotel right in the heart of Zagreb
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean rooms and, excellent location

Cons:

The entrance might seem a little rough at first, but don't let that deter you. It would be wonderful if the breakfast offered more variety. We stayed for a couple of days, and the buffet breakfast remained the same, which was a bit repetitive
