Too expensive for what this hotel is offering
Pros:

The location. Easy distance from old town. Friendly reception.

Cons:

The beds are not comfortable and outdated. Shower was leaking. Big noise from the street- trams passing and it is as if a locomotives are passing. Breakfast was okay but the coffee was really bad.

Cons:

The hotel description is misleading and hides two important pieces of information that could cause serious inconvenience. There is no elevator (stairs are difficult to climb with suitcases), and the tram makes a lot of noise when it passes, but mainly shakes the building until late at night. Only after I paid, with no refund, did the hotel send me an email specifying the above. It is certainly not accessible to guests with disabilities. Thirdly, the hotel states that it has parking, then tells me I must arrange parking at a nearby private parking lot. Below is the hotel's email.

Thank you for choosing our hotel.

Check-in is from 3 pm. Check-out is till 11 am.
If the expected arrival time is after 6 pm, please inform us.

The property does not have a car park. We recommend a public parking garage - the nearest one is located at 13 Langov Square (approximately 100 m from the hotel). Daily fee (24-hour fee) is EUR 13.30.
PLEASE NOTE that the 24-hour ticket can be purchased only from the garage staff on the -1 level in the garage within 10 minutes after you have parked your vehicle; you will be charged by the hour.

The garage is 100m from the hotel, and if necessary, before parking in the garage, you can bring your vehicle into the hotel entrance for a maximum of 10 minutes to unload your luggage and check in to the hotel.

The hotel is located on the first and second floors and is accessible by stairs only. The hotel staff can assist with luggage.

Please note that you will be staying in the very centre of Zagreb, and there is a certain level of noise coming from the streets below, such as tram noise. For guests who are sensitive to noise, this can be somewhat uncomfortable. If necessary, contact our reception immediately.

Personnel très très aimable, de l'extérieur l'hôtel ne paye pas de mine mais à l'intérieur il est très sympa, très confortable. Si votre chambre donne côté rue, il se peut que vous soyez dérangé par le bruit du tram, tout dépendra de votre sommeil. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. La personne qui nous accueilli à notre arrivée nous a aidé pour payer le stationnement car ce n'est pas simple et évident, il faut créer un compte sur un site pour le régler.
On peut facilement aller à pied au centre historique.

Cons:

difficile de stationner, pas de parking privé, il faut trouver une place aux alentours et ne pas trainer pour payer et ceci jour et nuit.
