Mi hanno trattenuto 300CAD sulla carta che a distanza di 10 giorni mi devono ancora restituire.
Location.
1) Carpets ( room & surrounding very dirty.
2) too expensive. I paid C$400 net per night for an ordinary hotel.
3) don’t even provide mineral water. Has to collect from reception.

Super angenehmes Hotel in perfekter Lage, um Toronto zu erkunden. Zimmer angenehm möbliert, sehr sauber, City View aufs Toronto Museum ist herrlich! Tolles Frühstück.
Beim Frühstück war - scheinbar ganz neu - ein paar Dinge inklusive, Specials musste man bezahlen - allerdings gab es auch Verzehrgutscheine, die das zum großen Teil wieder ausgeglichen haben. Etwas kompliziert… aber nicht wirklich schlimm:))
Das Schwimmbad oben sah auf den Fotos schöner aus als in Echt…die Außen-Dachterrasse war gesperrt.

Nice hotel, very good breakfast and the staff were very friendly.
Not sure about the evening meals as was closed and the bar next door was closed.

Great staff but service was slow. Good food (when it eventually arrived). Spacious and comfortable rooms. Very clean.
The big thing is just how slow and sloppy the service was. Breakfast took ages. On two mornings I had to wait almost half an hour to be seated as there was a queue out the door. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy. There were lots of empty tables yet to be cleaned. When we were eventually seated we had to fight to get served. Service was just so slow and when the food arrived it was either wrong or there was something missing. Then you had to wait forever for them to bring it to you. Checkout also took ages too.

Location was excellent and food was good for breakfast
WiFi connectivity left a lot to be desired. Thermostat didn't work until we had maintenance manage it. Using the TV and Roku was difficult as we kept getting cut off. I asked for more washcloths to be delivered the night before we left and they were not delivered.
The location and the size of the Room was spacious, everything was very good
