Decent hotel. Good size rooms. Could be better with a few small tweaks.
Pros:

The main room in the suite was excellent. Great size and gorgeous bathroom. The hotel presents itself very nicely.
Staff working on the rooms were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room was at the back of the hotel. For a suite I expected a nicer view.
The quality of the pull out sofa bed was quite poor and uncomfortable mattress.
Staff seemed a little distant at front desk.

Perfect Toronto yorkvill stay and proximity to UofT amazing campus
Pros:

Its location and rooms are perfect

Cons:

No sitting in the reception area - one has to sit in the restaurant and ultimately you need to order something to drink. So maybe a sitting area is needed

Excellent hotel in great location
Pros:

Very nice, comfortable rooms in well renovated hotel. It is central for museums, shops, restaurants etc.

Staff are very helpful.

We didn’t eat in the hotel, so can’t comment on that.

Cons:

Nothing.

A wonderful stay!
Pros:

The location is perfect.
The atmosphere is welcome and comfortable.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional.
The room is clean and well laid out.
Highly recommended!

Cons:

It would be better to have two chairs in a room with two queen beds.

Grosses Zimmer, guter Room Seevice, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Unflexible Frühstücksregelung. Frühstück inbegriffen, aber nur kanadisch/amerikanisches.
Wer eiin Croissant oder etwas Cerealien will, müsste dies zusätzlich bezahlen........

Top Hotel an Top Lage. Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war atemberaubend. Das Zimmer gross und geräumig. Sehr komfortabel, viel Platz auch für längeren Aufenthalt. Nespresso Kaffemaschine,etc.
