Exceptional hotel. Outstanding customer service. The pictures on the hotel website are accurate 😉
Pros:

Everything! The staff were very helpful and responded to our requests with grace and plenty of smiles. 10/10 for customer service from each of them.

If you are seeking something different from the usual hotel chains, this is the place. It's a small paradise with lush, well-maintained gardens. The villas are floating on water, and the pools are fantastic (you have choices… our villa had a large pool and did not need to use the communal one, which is equally stunning).

The distance to the town was ideal for us (less than 10 minutes by tuk tuk). We tried walking once, but that was the last due to the hot weather (34 degrees) and resorted to using tuk tuks for the rest of the stay which only cost $2 one way.

We did a few excursions whilst there, notably Angkor Wat and the floating village, which are a must. These were facilitated by the hotel at a reasonable price, so we didn't have to worry about organising them.

The resort owners are a wonderful family! Ever so helpful and made our stay even more memorable. I had a wonderful surprise on my birthday where my room was decorated delightfully, courtesy of Marie-Laetiticia (owner). We will surely miss their hospitality and breakfast chats.

In summary, everything exceeded our expectations. We felt very privileged to experience the small paradise with wonderful hospitalilty.

Cons:

Mosquitoes. Not the hotel’s fault. It's a given due to the weather in Cambodia. Make sure you have plenty of mosquito repellents with you to use at night. The hotel provided us with some for the villa and body spray to help in this endeavour.

Relaxing holiday vibes
Pros:

The accomodation was so great. A really perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. The spa outside the room was such a treat. I used it as much as possible during our stay.

Cons:

Because it was low season the restaurant wasn't open so we always had to go out for food.

Place for relaxing and excellent customer service
Pros:

Ultra excellent staff and customer service. Reception staff - Somaniya, ?Souklin and another guy whose name I can't remember were super nice. Great facilities and location of the houses.
Good accessibility.

Cons:

I wanted to use a computer since I didn't travel with one, I asked if we can have one, but they couldn't let us use any computer. A computer/ business centre would be nice.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

The whole property is gorgeous. We originally booked one room, but wanted to upgrade to the private pool. They took us to both rooms to see then easily upgraded our stay. The staff were so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Lovely location away from the hustle of beer street. an authentic Khmer feel with lovely nature all around Beautiful pool Not far by tuk tuk to main centre 8 mins
The staff were attentive kind & caring could not fault them made us feel like family

Peaceful oasis in busy city
Pros:

Peaceful oasis in a busy city, you don't even hear traffic. Beautiful landscaping. We got upgraded to private pool villa, super comfortable and spacious. Pools were clean and warm. Breakfast and room service food were tasty.

Cons:

Restaurant/room service was only open until 5pm. Don't get surprised by loud geckos in nighttime :)

Très bon séjour ds hôtel authentique proche du centre au calme.

Hotel proche du centre de Siem Reap mais ds cadre authentique. Très bon petit déjeuner et restauration très bien. Au calme du centre de Siem Reap (A pied ok sinon Tuk Tuk pour 3 USD

3* quality hotel
Pros:

We stayed in normal bungalow and expected as 5* hotel with such a high rate on booking certain type of quality. But in reality it just a normal 3*, thats it. The pool is nice, the rest is questionable.

Cons:

Very simple rooms, sometimes very loud party noise from the street, its written that breakfast is from 7am till 10:30, but they only starting to serve from 7:30 and by 10 am already finished. It would be all ok if they mark it as 3*. Thats it.

Personnel souriant et discret. Le petit déjeuner est copieux (salé et sucré). Deux piscines: une plus petite très jolie et une grande autour du bar. L’eau est divine!
