Please remove soiled linen in front of guest door.

I stayed for 3 nights. I arrived at 9pm Sunday night and a black large trash bag full of dirty sheets was in front of my door. I spoke with the front desk the next morning and they removed the bag. When I arrived back Monday afternoon another black bag full of dirty sheets was in front of my door. On the last night there it was 2 bags of dirty bags near my door (unit 202).

It wasn't very pleasant entering and exiting my room daily with dirty linen sitting in front of my door.

Hotel sucio, con falta de atención y servicio NO RECOMENDABLE
Pros:

Excelente ubicación si buscas estar en el "french quarter" cerca de Bourbon Street
Con bares y restaurantes muy cerca para ir caminando..
Estacionamiento de paga cercano (el cual no estuvo incluído en el precio)

Cons:

Pésima limpieza y falta de atención del personal.
Desde el primer día el corredor que lleva del elevador al cuarto tenía basura en el piso, la cual fue reportada en la recepción y pasaron los tres días sin que la limpiaran.
El primer día estaban hecha la habitación pero el segundo día no hicieron las camas y probablmente tampoco la aspiraron. Se reportó en recepción (no las mandaron a hacer porque "ya había salido el personal", y ellos no las podian haber ido a hacer???), al segundo día tampoco las volvieron a hacer (las volvimos a resportar, tampoco se acomidieron a hacerlas y el gerente ya no estaba). Por cierto junto al bote de basura habíamos dejado una bolsa con basura que tampoco se llevaron.
Al día siguiente antes de hacer el check out, pedimos hablar con el gerente, pero tampoco había llegado. Le escribí acerca de mi molestia acerca de su pésimo servicio y le solicité una mínima remuneración económica por la falta de atención, limpieza y servicio, y después de varios días se dignó a contestar y a dar una tibia disculpa (lógicamente sin reembolso).
Le voví a escribir para sarle seguimieno al asunto y después de quince días ya no ha contestado.

Hotel is pet friendly. Preferred hotel has a separate floor from guests that maybe afraid of animals, have allergies, or can handle the barking. I didn't have any complaints but im sure people will have an issue
