Bien comunicado. La habitación era bastante amplia y cómoda.

Cons:

El primer día encontré un pelo en el inodoro y eso no me gustó mucho. No pasaron a limpiar ni retirar la basura en 3 noches que estuvimos allí.

Top Lage, belebt und trotzdem ruhig. Für den Preis aber unzureichend
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage und obwohl direkt am Hauptbahnhof war es doch sehr ruhig, auch Nachts. Auch alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. In die Innenstadt sind es mit U-Bahn nur wenige Minuten. Ebenso alles für den Täglichen Bedarf wie Supermarkt oder im Hauptbahnhof eine große Auswahl an Imbiss, Fastfood und Restaurants. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist an manchen Stellen, obwohl es neu wirkt, bereits kaputt oder abgenutzt. Auch kann der Abfluss im Badezimmer nach dem duschen sehr stinken. Die Küche war wirklich nur mit dem aller nötigsten Ausgestattet. Zwei Teller, zwei Tassen, zwei mal Besteck und Weingläser. einen kleinen Topf und eine Pfanne. Wenn man mehr benötigt, muss man die Kochbox für 25€ buchen. Außerdem gibt es nur eine Bettdecke, keine Zusatzdecken. Wir mussten extra eine an der Rezeption erfragen und wurden eher komisch angesehen. Der Fitnessraum ist auch wirklich nur mit dem aller nötigsten Ausgestattet (Matten und ein paar Kettlebells), das Fahrrad war kaputt. Die beworbene wunderschöne Dachterrasse war geschlossen wegen Renovierung. Parken ist eine Katastrophe. Man kann auch nicht nur ganz kurz halten. Es muss in der Parkgarage gehalten werden, eine Stunde 4€. Tagespreis 35€.

Best place to stay in Vienna
Pros:

Excellent service apartment, reception very helpful, the visit was in very hot days this summer and the air conditioning was perfect and you can adjust it the way you like. The hotel is in lively area next to the main train station , metro and tram . Restaurants supermarkets walking distance. Honestly everything was perfect. Special thank to Alex , Hassan and all the team. Looking forward to do booking with them again next visit.
