Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wunderschöner umgebauter, ehemaliger Gutshof.
Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit großem Bad und einem Vorzimmer. Im Wohn und Schlafbereich befand sich außer dem Bett und zwei kleinen Nachtschränkchen, ein Kleiderschrank, mit genug Stauraum für die persönlichen Sachen. Ein Tisch mit zwei Sitzmöglichkeiten, eine Minibar eine Kofferablage und ein großer LCD Fernseher an der Wand, ergänzen den Raum. Im Vorraum befindet sich ein Wasserkocher und ein kleiner Schrank mit Besteck und Geschirr. Das Bad ist großräumig, mit Dusche WC und Pflegeprodukten. Das Frühstück war in einem kleineren Raum, in dem es aber auch an nichts fehlte. Es gab frische Brötchen, Wurst, Käse, Joghurt, Früchtecocktail, (alles gekühlt, was in anderen Hotels, nicht immer gegeben ist). Natürlich gab es auch verschiedene Heiß und Kaltgetränke, die man sich aus dem Kaffeeautomaten bzw. am Buffet, entnehmen konnte. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, mit viel Wald und man kann kilometerweit wandern, oder auch radeln. Wir waren leider nur zwei Nächte dort, würden aber bestimmt bei Gelegenheit wieder kommen.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Im Ort gab es keine Gaststätte zum Abendessen, die fußläufig zu erreichen war. Man mußte mit dem Auto ein Stück fahren.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Gut eingerichtetes Appartement. Sehr gutes Frühstück!
Im Ort gab es keine Möglichkeit, Essen zu gehen. Wir waren auf Radtour und kamen erst am Abend an. Der Gastgeber bot an, einen Tisch im Restaurant im Nachbarort für uns zu reservieren.
Der Vater des Gastgebers hat uns dorthin gefahren und auch wieder abgeholt. Ein toller Service.

It's ok for an over night stay on your way to your final destination.

Cons:

We arrived 30 minutes late to the check in window and were met by a very passive aggressive lady who scolded and blamed us for having to leave her children home alone. We didn't read the fine print and missed that it's critical that one has to check in before 9pm otherwise you literally get met by hostility instead of hospitality. In all my decades of traveling I've never gotten such horrendous treatment by hotel staff. I strongly recommend this establishment to invest in some lockboxes or similar so that the handover of the keys can happen contactlessly.
