Die Lage ist perfekt! In der Nähe alle notwendigen Transportmittel per Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und qualitativ hochwertig. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Ho prenotato due camere, una superior e l'altra standard, per due notti, per il corrispettivo di Euro 1.708, 20. Ho disdetto una notte e ho dovuto pagare complessivamente Euro 1041,30. Nella superior (555,50 ) hanno offerto una bottiglietta di acqua di mezzo litro per 2 con un bicchiere. per la standard (una persona e 511,50 per una notte) un bel niente. per non parlare dell'inesistenza di un bollitore per un tè o un caffè di comfort. Ritengo che , da un albergo a 4 stelle e per quel prezzo , ci si aspetti qualcosa in più.
It's close to the train station and has easy access to buses and water buses. Venice has many bridges, but this hotel was fine even with suitcases.
The hotel rooms were wonderful, and the staff were friendly.
The breakfast was also delicious.

Location perfect if you wish to be near transport links and do not mind being right in the centre of major sites. Staff were welcoming, obliging and very helpful. Breakfast wasn’t included in our booking.
The location is great!!! And the breakfast room is enjoyable with good options.
The wait was excruciatingly long to check in. Problem w their system & short patience w staff.
The most unacceptable conditions was that my room temp was at 29C* (85) in my room when I returned from dinner. Far cry from enjoyable sleep albeit the staff sent up a fan and I opened a window.

מלון נהדר קרוב מאד לכניסה לונציה, (כ 7-8 דקות הליכה מתחנת החזרת הרכב באי).
הצוות בקבלה אדיב ונחמד מאד.
בלילה היו לנו יתושים בחדר. הרגנו אותם ואז הופיעו אחרים (לא ברור מאיפה הגיעו כי החלונות היו סגורים)
L’emplacement était idéal, à 2 pas de la gare. Personnel très agréable. Et les chambres très bié.
