The room was clean, the staff warm friendly and the seemed to genuinely cared about my stay being good. The bed was comfortable and the place quiet. I did not have the chance to use the outdoor pool but it was clean and well kept.

The tub was HUGE i was not expecting that. The room we stood in was very nice and had “private” balcony area as well facing the pool. Staff was very friendly and offer convenient snack bags for sale for $6 that include at least 6 different types of chips candy and two bottles of water
It was not that much of an inconvenience but the elevator was pretty far from where our room was located. My husband was upset about the breakfast options

The tables and stands were not clean, they had minor coffee stains and dust build up.
I woke up in the room with roaches on my bed and roaches on my luggage. I told the front desk they wanted to change me into a room next-door and I requested my refund and my stay now my car is infested with roaches. This is terrible.

One day cleaner didn’t come. There should be a fix time for them for the guests staying more than 1 day. Also breakfast is very simple. It should include omelet.

It was dirty everywhere. Floors were disgusting. Hallways were SCARY and disgusting. Drug addicts everywhere outside their rooms blasting music and being drug addicts. Stains on towels. Dead bugs in room. Just the worst nightmare any family could ever imagine. Could not even stay the second night that we paid for because my throat closed up while trying to sleep. Very bad ventilation. Dirty filters for the air conditioner. Tub has mold around it. This place should be shut down. This place is strictly for druggies and by the hour , type of people.
