My son said it was the best hotel we’ve stayed in so far!
Pros:

The rooms were nicely made up and the atmosphere was comfortable. I was extra impressed that our room was ready for check in early!

Cons:

The heater was hard to adjust. I’d be too cold one minute and woke too hot on the first night.

Also, the jacuzzi did not function on the bath.

I love this hotel and will stay again.
Pros:

Easy check-in. Attentive and responsive staff.

Cons:

No milk in the room. The red wine from the mini bar was so so. The room service was also a bit disappointing - no roti bread so given rice (should always have rice for a curry) and had the prawn dumplings but the dipping sauce didn’t have ginger and coriander and was a bit ordinary. Not a big deal but could be a bit better.

Good location, disappointing room, and rooms need to be updated.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable but small.
Pool area was nice, but small for the amount of rooms in the hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom was old, taps was tarnished and the bath looked dirty. Shower head very low and difficult to stand under .
The facilities looked old and needing to be refreshed. Heater temperature was unable to be changed.
The rooms weren’t ready upon arrival
1 person manning reception which lead to a lengthy wait for checking process to be advised rooms were ready.
