Climbing in the bath to shower.
Bed sheets too hard

A bit tired looking - mainly the bathroom.
And brown liquid on the bottom of the toilet door in room 422.

The property was not the best . Old snd corridors smell of mould . The rooms are so small and to be honest I will not choose this hotel ever again . Car parking is inconvenient . Front desk staff are not accommodating at all
Nothing at all ! Really disappointing as the Photod do no justice to what it. Vitally looks like I waisted my free credits on a weekend away that was not what I expected .
The staff are excellent.
There was an extraction fan on all night that we couldn’t turn off.
The hotel was understaffed at check out.

It was roomy, felt very safe, very clean and well-positioned. Having hotel rooms off an open atrium means no scary long corridor walk for solo travellers.
Its public spaces are a little dated but I still loved it

Small bathroom, reach through water to turn shower on/off. Can hear traffic quite clearly. Our room accidentally had a shower cap over smoke detector.

Check in took too long. Arrived at 2pm and had to wait more than 20 minutes in a long time to be served.
