Wonderful and special treat for my birthday!
Pros:

Beautiful!! Everything was more than expected:)

Cons:

I was slightly concerned as the toilet was running and I believe i had an accessible room which was an upgrade, I was very grateful but a bit concerned i may have been taking that from someone in need of it. Otherwise everything was great!

Pros:

parking was easy, room was spacious, walking distance to lots of Melbourne attractions

Cons:

No milk in fridge, we called reception as we wanted some for cup of tea, they said there should be milk, we said well there isn't, they said they'd send some, they never did
