Pros:

The room had everything you need for both a short or long stay , and the bed was very cosy. The location was very central and suited our needs to attend the theatre. The breakfast was excellent too. Thank you for welcoming us with an anniversary cake selection - it was very much appreciated.

Cons:

We thought the room was in need of an uplift (repaint)and the view out the window to a building next door was unattractive.

The Stamford Plaza was a beautiful hotel to stay in, the comfort and atmosphere was beautiful.

Lacking customer service or care for customers experience, disappointing.

Cons:

We booked two rooms on same booking for my family and they placed us in different buildings and advised they were fully allocated, and that they were booked out by the previous Friday. I advised I booked months ago, and they would not assist. Also the buffet breakfast was mostly empty and took 20-30 minutes to get food, due to no clean bowls for cereal, no clean glasses for juice nor cups for coffee, low quantity of food and no staff who could readily assist. The pictures on website show a sauna although it is not in use and is used as a storage cupboard.

Great accommodation at a central location
Pros:

Room was very quiet and dark. We slept in because it was so dark and the bed was so comfortable. The Kitchenette was very handy. Relatively short distance to walk anywhere we needed to go.

Cons:

Power or USB point for phone charging next to bed would be handy.
