Terrible and will never return or recommend this hotel. Confronted manager about ac and got given a pedestal fan.

Air con in the room didn't seem to work, could get it below 23. Maintenance came to adjust, no change, they brought us a fan when request so was fine. No powerpoints near bed.

Pros:

Above and beyond helpful staff. Clean facilities, excellent location and just an overall good hotel. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again if I find myself travelling to Melbourne again!
