Upgrade to suite and the location
The 2 towers, we weren't in the tower with the pool, and didn't feel comfortable moving around the two buildings

Faster check-in & checkout
Breakfast was really nice and a good variety offered.
Our room was quite cold and we asked staff to look into it but nothing seemed to change in the time we still had.

Very dated rooms. Carpark was a nightmare. Could get out on code given and was left waiting for 1/2 in car for parking technician to come.

I like what the room provided. Teas and robes. Buffet breakfast was good. Facilities was good.
Bit annoying how there's 2 separate towers. If you want to go pool and ur staying at east tower its located in west tower. Have to walk outside in bathers.
Parking is not connected to hotel have to walk down.
The spa bath in the room didn't even use was disappointed it was small and me n my partner wouldnt of been able to fit in.
The bed is not that comfortable.
Stamford are always accommodating and are a pleasure to deal with.
Great location for a concert at Margaret Court. Nice room. Quiet.
