Room booking was wrong, no bath towels, kitchen not equipped, hot tub was barely warm and pool was murky. Poor value for the cost of the stay.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had.
Pros:

The pool and the hot tub room.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been much better; some had to fix the juice dispenser, there was no milk, and my daughter had to use coffee creamer as a substitute for milk. And the coffee dispenser in our room was dirty. My first and worst hotel experience ever.

Terrible condition. Needs renovation or tear down.
Cons:

This property should have been renovated 20 years ago. Beds are old style creaky, very limited power plugs, no plugs for usb at all. Bathroom vanity had burned out bulb, holes in the wall with tape over them, stained carpet, no elevator, bathroom fan would not go off. No hangars, dried out who knows what in drawers and counter tops. Fan unit extremely loud and dusty. Almost $300 US for that ? Awful.

I had a great time and even when I had to leave a day earlier, they were gracious in letting me go earlier than expected

Initially, the room we were given, was created/designed specifically, for a person with disabilities. We were NOT impressed, or happy with it...! Hotel Reception explained to us that because we booked through Booking.com, the room we were assigned, was based on the online pricing. We were reasonable with our complaint, and we were assigned a better room. We were very GRATEFUL.

Because we booked online - based on the advertised price - our understanding/perception and experience was, we were assigned a room of lesser quality.

Cons:

Vi kunne lugte røg på værelset. Det virkede til at komme fra etagen under os. Som om nogle røg selvom hotellet var ikke ryger.
