Cons:

Had to go to housekeeping to get coffee replenished. Room needed cleaning. Old and needed upgrades. Staff not at front desk and had to wait 20 minutes to check in. No staff present for check out

Cons:

Room booking was wrong, no bath towels, kitchen not equipped, hot tub was barely warm and pool was murky. Poor value for the cost of the stay.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had.
Pros:

The pool and the hot tub room.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been much better; some had to fix the juice dispenser, there was no milk, and my daughter had to use coffee creamer as a substitute for milk. And the coffee dispenser in our room was dirty. My first and worst hotel experience ever.
