Very helpful folks
Pros:

Good 4-day stay on the busiest weekend of the year (Jays, FIFA, Pride).
Special thanks to Mr Ying who was very friendly and went out of his way to be proactively helpful multiple times.
Room was not huge and prices were well up due to demand but everything was good.
Right behind Nathan Phillips Square and an easy walk downtown

Almost there
Pros:

The staff were helpful and we were able to check in one hour early.
We were able to request a kettle delivered to our room to support our stay. Everything else we needed was in the room.

Cons:

The parking is very tight for an SUV, but conviently beneath the hotel. We were initially directed to the wrong room, which caused 10+ minutes of confusion and an elevator ride back to the front desk. I reveived a mystery charge on my credit card, to which I was told it must be a glitch, and to check the statement in a week or so. The warm cookies on arrival were a nice touch!

Pricy but great!
Pros:

Great location, clean, great atmosphere. A bit pricy but was a weekend the Jays played, Fifa, Pride…..I wish hotels didn’t have to price gouge ppl. Great stay though!

Pros:

立地が良く、買い物にも観光にも最高でした。
スタッフの皆さんは親切かつフレンドリーで
客室のお掃除も素晴らしく丁寧にしていただき
滞在期間中とても快適に過ごす事が出来ました。
