Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent as there is lots close by and the street is relatively quiet. I did not use any of teh facilities or eat in the hotel.

Cons:

The space to hang up clothes is limited and you need to be inventive to fit work clothes in - perhaps this is normal in Canada.

Very good stay -would return
Pros:

I didn't utilize all of the facilities. Primarily stayed in the room and then left the hotel premises. The elevators were quick -which was great. I loved that we received cookies upon check-in. Overall, the establishment was clean, which is extremely important.
Location is great. NPS is right behind the hotel and Dundas square is a few minutes away on the heel-toe express

Cons:

The room size. I feel the rooms could be larger. We had a king bedroom.
The bathtub felt narrow as well.
The space was nice and clean but felt tight.

Can't be more central
Pros:

As everyone says: the central location is a big plus. Downtown Toronto is in all directions within walking distance, from Kensington, the Opera, Chinatown,Union Station, Eaton, even The Village and Rogers Center. Restaurants, shops, public transport are all there. Hotel staff is topnotch, rooms are nothing special, but comfortable.

Cons:

Toronto gets pricey and the hotel goes with that flow. Construction across the street meant involuntary early wake-up calls, but that should be sorted in time, or with rooms not looking out over Dundas.

Well located high standard chain hotel.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Good shower. Very professional room cleaning. Used the on site restaurant 3 times for dinner. Good service and food. Excellent choices for breakfast. Best scramble egg I’ve had for ages.

Cons:

The only downside was the use of paper cups for tea and coffee in the room. Felt slightly let down by this. Bring back mugs please
