It was fine except for the $50 which you owe me.
Cons:

On check in I was charged $50 on My Visa card which I was assured would be removed when checking out. It still shows on my bank statement. PLEASE REVERSE THIS CHARGE ASAP.

Location and staff.

Cons:

Considering the price of the room, which is not cheap, I expected it to be more updated and better maintained. The bathtub was not in the best condition, and the cabinet doors were very noisy, which made it difficult when sharing a room with friends and someone wanted to sleep a little longer.

The main issue was the ventilation. We constantly noticed cooking smells in Room 519. At times, it felt like someone was frying chicken and eggs right next door.

At $430 per night (including taxes), we expected a much better accommodation experience.

Wonderful time!
Pros:

Our room was lovely for our 4 night stay. The air conditioner was great for the hot weather. Beds were comfy and we were able to relax.

The hotel is in a great area, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. TTC subway is also minutes away.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming as well.
