Pros:

Clean, comfy, very close to Nathan Phillips square. Free cookies on arrival. Great check in staff - Fajar.

Lovely breakfast but room disappointing.Good location, staff friendly but overworked at breakfast time.
Pros:

Breakfast very good, gym and pool pleasant.

Cons:

Queue for breakfast, not enough staff to cover all tasks in breakfast area, food area not cleaned of food which was dropped. Second bed in our room was inadequate, very soft, sink cracked in bathroom, shower control loose. Room was shabby, needed some TLC not what I have experienced in UK Doubltrees at all.

Comfortable and pleasant
Pros:

I liked the hotel's location, the staff was always very attentive, and we each had a bottle of water in our room every day of our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast, the pool, and the laundry service.

Pros:

Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff. The room was perfect for what we were looking for. Breakfast was excellent!

Cons:

We were very busy in the city, so we didn't use many of the amenities, but what we used were great. Everything looked very clean and well looked after

Excellent veggie options. Thank you for offering vegetable sausages.
The laundry was very very convenient.

Cons:

Carpet in the rooms, shower curtains, and old bathroom fixtures. The rooms need a modern look.
