Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption (inklusive köstlichem Cookie und Restauranttipps) , Garage im Haus, sehr gute Lage des Hotels, gleich bei Dundas und Yonge Street, ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum CN Tower.

The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to many of the local attractions. I got to the hotel early and my room wasn't ready yet, however, I could store my luggage and within 1hr the room was sorted and it was still before the normal check in time. Room was clean, comfortable and a good size and I liked how the window opened a little bit to provide some fresh air. Plenty of USB outlets and plugs.
There is a coffee machine which you can also get hot water from for tea. Plenty of towels and the shower had good water pressure.
Hotel had a small shop and lots of other amenities which I didn't have time to use but looked good. Also a restaurant attached which the prices seemed reasonable for.
The room I was in was fairly noisy. I had the cleaning closet next to my room so there were doors banging in the morning and I was by the elevators so had noise from people going by. However, it wasn't terrible and after 10pm (ish) the noise from people walking by was less. It would be good to know if the water was complimentary or paid for, there were no price signs but when I googled it it said Hilton members get it for free, I am not a Hilton member. Equally I could have asked at reception, but the times I went by check in it was pretty busy.
the first room we were allocated had a musty smell, but we were moved without any problem.
Staff were lovely, especially the concierge and the breakfast waiter.

I liked the staff. Everyone was really nice. The housekeeper was very enthusiastic.
The restaurant downstairs was just okay for dinner. The pool was a little stuffy.
Very clean room, with everything we needed. Hilton is traditionally a business-traveler chain and although my partner and I were just staying there for fun we liked the efficient, no-nonsense style of the hotel, unfussy but with everything you need. It's in the heart of downtown and walkable to museums, restaurants, and stores.
The bed could have been firmer but that may just be me as I like a very firm mattress. The location is in the downtown which is what we wanted, and just a bit farther from the train station than is easy with a suitcase, but it is fine.

Great location. Easy walk to downtown and Union Station. Plenty of eateries nearby and Chinatown about a 15 minute walk. Room was a good size and bed was big and comfortable. Friendly check in staff, on arrival we were given 2 warm chocolate chip cookies- nice gesture.

Room was very cosy, everything was cleaned upon request and coffee, tea was always available in the room.
swimming area is too small when many people come to swim at once, but it is hotel pool, so its okay, just a note.
Perfect location, nice and quiet area, staff were always friendly and helpful. Gave our baby a little gift on arrival which was a nice touch. We had a suite with having a baby, it was a great size and there was lots of room for our baby to run around.
