The history of the hotel and the staff. I actually forgot a Rolex watch in room and it was turned into security
Some of the elevators are very small but it is an older hotel and you just have to look over that
The historic decor took my breath away! Eric at the front desk gave us the warmest welcome, giving us all the details of the hotel amenities. His great hospitality set the tone for stay! It has amazing restaurants - onsite, so you can vacay in place. The pool was amazing, including upbeat music (but lounge type) and poolside service (I had the Pina Colada!). The room was well-appointed with fluffy, comfortable pillows. This is a historic hotel that has transformed to a modern experience - but, most importantly the hospitality and service will always remain legendary - from Eric at check-in to “Rito” at the Bistro, where we enjoyed an amazing breakfast, everything was so relaxing and perfect. Thank you Adolphus for an outstanding mini-vacay at Dallas!
Huge thank you to Connie (our waitress at the French Room) and Pedro, who helped my disabled grandma in her wheelchair get there safely! Connie was absolutely incredible at her job, and so personable and sweet. Because of her (and the amazing food) we had the most incredible time. As my mom said, we knew we would be impressed by the food, but actually we were WOWED!!! every bite was an adventure to your tastebuds 😂😍 simply an amazing experience that I will treasure forever!
Had an amazing experience staying here starting with the check in process Princess made sure I was taken care of. I was also assisted by Ron when I had questions regarding valet parking. The hotel atmosphere is lovely along with everything you can do around the area with FIFA events happening. This will be my go to hotel the standards they’ve set are high to beat.
We love to stay at the Adolphus! We had a wonderful experience celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary. We were greeted by everyone. We enjoyed our time by the pool a d the bartender was so attentive. As we were leaving today Jimmy was so helpful to hold my bag until the valet brought our car around. Ben helped us get to the car and was very conversational. Thanks again for making us feel welcome.

Maintenance did not find and correct why the carpet near the AC was soaking wet. Said it wasn’t the AC and never came back. Left wet carpet.
The customer service here is atrocious. A VERY SMALL group of fans (I’ll include photos) were quietly waiting in hopes of seeing their beloved Ronaldo, after his final World Cup game, and the main “Suit” began acting like there was a riot, yelling at everyone. I was a patron and my sons wanted to also see, and even though we complied with literally everything that was asked, we were also yelled at. I have photo and video and I heard the Suit walk by and say “This is ridiculous!” I thought wow, this is NOT ridiculous. I teach high school and our hallways are 100 times more ridiculous. What an authority complex. And how rude to say that audibly in exasperation in front of 15 people.
Hospitality was superb. I love this café! Jose and Ruth were wonderful and made us feel so welcome. The Carajillo was a 10/10, and I love the new menu, there are so many great options to choose from. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

My experience was great from the beginning. I was greeted when I entered the hotel. i had a gentleman named Pedro who helped me decide which sites to go see that I would be interested in. Also, I was able to get a ride to one of the museum because it was hot outside. Over all it was great to have somebody talk to me face-to-face and help me enjoy my trip. I hope you have the opportunity to work with Pedro when you come stay at this lovely hotel..
