Had a wonderful time at The French Room! Brandon at the front takes amazing pictures! I own Ruby Tearoom in Belton and I would rate this as a top tier tearoom in Dallas. Love love love!

Phil, Levent, Teri, and Gaby are the best!! Love their cold brew and Americano!! I come 3x week and it’s a bonus that they open up at 6 am. It’s definitely something that I look forward to.

The Hotel is lovely and Staff is helpful and friendly. Jose was particularly hospitable and accommodating. Pedro is obviously a good manager.

Visited the pool using resort pass for my bday. The pool staff was amazing! Special shout to Tavi for going above & beyond to make a fresh batch of the non alcoholic pina colada for us!! Will definitely be back

While I stayed at the hotel someone stood out to me amongst all of the staff, Jimmy got on the escalator while I was halfway down and asked me to help with my bags.

Had drinks at apps at the Cowboy Bar and it was great! Most of all the service was great. Mia was super attentive, made sure we had everything we needed and even ran out to retun my phone after I left ot on the table. Kudos Mia! The veggie flatbread and pineapple guacamole were 5 stars...not to mention the great fries! I will be back!

We had a great weekend at the Adolphus celebrating my wife’s birthday with friends. We started with time at the pool and drinks. Nice rooftop pool and drink selection. Room was spacious and clean. Service was very good all the way around, but want to highlight Roy. He saw us leaving for dinner and offered to take us in the hotel car. He made the trip memorable with birthday music that we all sang along to. Thanks Roy for making that night so much fun! He even helped get air in my tire when we checked out and saw we had a low tire. Really special service.

I had an amazing stay at The Adolphus! The hotel is beautiful, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the service was outstanding. I felt comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning. Side note the bellman Jesus went above and beyond to take care of me!

Samy at valet made sure I received an heirloom that has meant the world to me for decades and did it without a single ask from his end is unreal. That is the definition of Class.

I will be coming here for years to come.

We’ve had a phenomenal experience here, largely due to the extreme hospitality from Pedro, Roy and Ma’nea. All three of these members went out of their way to ensure we had the best possible stay and always had what we needed. We will be back and looking them up when we do!

Ma’nae was fantastic! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed during our time at the rooftop pool. Her positive attitude and great service made our experience even better. We really appreciated her hospitality and look forward to coming back!

We rented a cabana at the Adolphus Pool for a 40th birthday celebration, and it ended up being the highlight of our entire stay. The pool itself was beautiful, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was our server, Ma’Nae. She was absolutely incredible—so attentive, helpful, fun, and genuinely kind throughout the day. She went above and beyond to make the birthday girl feel special and made sure our group had everything we needed before we even had to ask. Her positive energy and outstanding service elevated the entire experience- the day truly wouldn’t have been the same without her!

We had an amazing time, enjoyed every second in and out of our cabana, and left feeling so well taken care of. If you’re spending a day at the Adolphus Pool, I can only hope you’re lucky enough to have Ma’Nae taking care of you. She made our celebration truly unforgettable!!

During a business visit, I had the privilege of meeting Heistand who assisted our team with valet. He was very professional, friendly and was able to help us expedite the retrieval of our vehicles.
