Absolutely incredible experience at The French House in Dallas! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was elegant, warm, and welcoming. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor — easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in the city.

A special thank you to our waiter, Carlos, who made the evening exceptional. He was attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and made sure every detail was perfect without ever being overbearing. His recommendations were spot on, and his professionalism truly elevated the entire experience.

If you’re looking for amazing food, outstanding service, and a memorable night out, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Xavier, tone of the valet members at the Adolphus Hotel, for the outstanding service he provided during my stay this past weekend. Xavier was courteous and incredibly professional.

He made every trip smooth and enjoyable, always ensuring I was comfortable and well taken care of. Xavier brought a warm and friendly energy that really elevated the experience he was easy to talk to, knowledgeable about the area, and clearly takes pride in what he does.

Magnificent hotel, great bar, great breakfast and a front desk that takes extra time to make every guest feel special. Daniella and Princess were top notch on the check in. This is my favorite place to stay at in the area.

Spent 4 days at the Adolphus for my daughter’s wedding. It was an absolute fairy tale weekend. From the very start as Pedro set the tone with a warm curbside greeting as he unloaded the bags, the service was impeccable and every detail was attended to.

The Adolphus staff takes excellent care of me every visit, but this trip Donte went above & beyond to help me locate a package delivery that was missing. I gave up, but he persevered and found it, contacted me with the good news. Above & beyond service expectations!

Absolutely wonderful experience at The Adolphus in Dallas. From the moment you walk through the front doors, the staff makes you feel genuinely welcomed. Every interaction was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The food was delicious, the service consistently top-notch, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. It’s rare to find a hotel that excels in every category, but The Adolphus truly does. I would absolutely stay here again.

Even if you have little reason to go to Dallas, the historic Adolphus Hotel is reason enough to go visit. (more so than the Drover in nearby Fort Worth). In fact, it was so enjoyable it makes you want to return.

The Adolphus takes its role as a luxe urban hotel delivering exemplary service seriously from the second you arrive to the second you leave. It is a hotel that straddles boutique and luxury - it is intimate enough that staff recognize and greet you my name, even when you’re a regular Joe and Jane.

Dan is fabulous, efficient, solicitous, and gave a great tour of the hotel - his pride evident in being able to share the remarkable history of this 1912 property and his joy working here. Grant equally efficient and solicitous as he calmly handled many guests with differing requests. Tim is a powerful presence spreading joy while running a tight ship - he has the right people in the right jobs.

We would never have used the hotel barber but we were enthralled by the history and the charm of the barbers: Jerrod and Mar: A memorable experience for sure and fairly priced!

Our room with 2 comfortable king size beds was ample in size and had a view overlooking the AT&T plaza. We would have appreciated new water bottles but perhaps we should have asked.

The “rooftop” pool is fun and so well used that more lounge chairs are in order. Our group of 3 adults shared one chair and several guests left when there were no chairs for them to use. A shower would be a nice addition. The only staff member not superlative was the pool bartender but perhaps he had cause to be annoyed given our brief observation of other guests?

Coffee shop reasonable. City hall for breakfast had excellent service though food was very slow to arrive both days and we had to request our bill.

Another unexpected, but much appreciated. Amenity is a hotel car that provides courtesy drop off service to nearby restaurants, museums, etc. It is available on a first come first serve basis, and you may have to wait, as we did, but it was well worth it as it gave us a chance to interact with more of the hotel’s lovely employees. I believe there are close to 300 employees for approximately the same number of guestrooms.

All in all we had a great stay and give the Adolphus a resounding positive recommendation.

The hotel is fantastic and the rooms are huge. This might be crazy but I really appreciated the extremely efficient Valet service. I get anxiety about parking in big cities and their valet system is seamless and fast. When I was ready to leave my car was ready before my coffee from the cafe was ready. They were all great and Heistand was especially helpful.

Wow. World class hotel. These guys set the standard for what best in class hospitality looks like. From the second I checked in with Eric to the moment I left i had a great experience here. Have to shout out Orlando for helping me out when I left my room key in the room. He stopped what he was doing and helped with a smile. Will definitely make this my go to when I stay in Dallas. I loved the experience of staying in such an amazing historic hotel. So many amazing details of the years, amazing kind staff, great food and the event ran smoothly from start to finish. All details were considered. Even to the last day when we had to store our bags, Nigel took great care of everyone’s things.

I had a great experience at The Adolphus, the location itself is great but what matters more than the location is the staff, and let me tell you how amazing the staff was, particularly Nigel. He was just outstanding and would go above and beyond to make my stay that much more like home.

Everyone, and I meant everyone, was highly professional and friendly. Everything felt seamless. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The food was exquisite. I was here for a work conference and we all had great things to say about the hotel and the staff.

For me, Nigel was the epitome of hospitality. I looked forward to interacting with him. It didn’t feel like the standard hospitality you normally get elsewhere. I never needed anything from him, but it was nice to feel like a friend to a complete stranger. I will probably remember him the most. I wish him well.
