You get what you pay for; good value.
Pros:

The location was great, and the staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking available, and there are nice amenities (pool, fitness).

Cons:

Walls were quite thin, it was easy to hear movement or thuds from other people in rooms above or around you.

Disrepair, dirty, and dangerous
Cons:

There were so many problems! The closet door was hanging dangerously and wouldn’t close, the dressing area mirror had been yanked off of the wall with visible holes where it had been attached, the microwave cart was wobbly and about to collapse, the door was missing the closing apparatus, the room was filled with cobwebs, the bed frame was missing a part so that when you sat on the bed it would tilt up high behind you, the sink would not drain, the blinds had a hole cut out so anyone could see in the room and they were hanging up using zip ties. It was ridiculous!

I do not recommend!

Pros:

The room was dirty , lock was loose
I felt unsafe and disgusted to stay .
I never in my life stayed in a hotel room like that .
I also left 1 night before .
I would like to get accommodation and refund for the last night , if not all !

Cons:

The entire place is outdated. The worst was the smell leading up to the room, mostly of cigarettes and THC. Neighbors had a loud audio system playing until 2am. The staff were friendly.

Once my room change it was a much better stay.
Pros:

The room rate per night.

Cons:

I had to change rooms because the first room was stinky it had a strong cigarette/ stale smell. Also the people above me was constantly making noises. The ac sounded like a broken car motor, I had to turn it off to get rest due to hoe noisy it was. I had to call the front desk to ask if they could stop. I requested a room change.
