Pros:

The staff were super kind and helpful, the room was clean and my son loved that it over looked the pool. The pool was warm and it felt great the hot tub was nice too. Thankfully the ice machine worked. They offered breakfast and coffee.

Cons:

I can't say anything negative. Our experience was good

House keeping shouldn’t be rushing guests to leave
Pros:

The pool was nice but hot didn’t work.

Cons:

Check out was at 11 but house keeping came and knocked at 9 am asked if we were checking out we said no and then came back at 10:57 am and asked if we were checking out. Felt like she was rushing us out and was waiting outside for us to leave at 11

Where should I start. The dude at the front desk was extremely rude.. He didn't even really give me a chance to get my license plate number.. I was trying to tell him I need to go drive my license plate number and you basically just grab the papers and put it in the folder.. didn't give me any time to find out if I was being charged for my service dog since booking.com just asked if I was traveling with a pet never said anything about whether if it's a service dog or not.. The breakfast was not good at all... The room itself wasn't bad but my bathroom the water pressure sucked My tub was rusted and all flaky around the drain.. then to top it all off The advertise a hot tub and a swimming pool but the hot tub is not a hot tub.. it was just as cold as the regular pool.. The Jets didn't work or anything.. so all in all My visit was not good

Not really that renovated, curtains provide no privacy, really old unit.

Cons:

When I was trying to close the restroom door (sliding door) I had to fight with it to close it, but in the process of pulling the door closed, the door fell off. I didn't want to be blamed so I let the front desk know.

NEVER STAY THERE FROM
Cons:

Gave my rooms away, twice even though they confirmed I would be a late check in front desk lady confirmed my res. twice in the end instead of 3 rooms for 6 people she offered me 1 room for 6 people. we had no room.
