Pros:

The bed and pillows were super comfy! The staff was friendly.

Cons:

First thing I noticed was a (possibly blood) stain on the window's curtain. The lobby wasn't the cleanest and needs upgrading. There was a glass pipe on a table outside.

Not the greatest but not the worst if only needing it to sleep before heading back to airport
Pros:

close to airport and shuttle service.

Cons:

Place was outdated, dingy, room smelled like mildew, very low light in hallways, just run down hotel not the best upkeep for it.

super comfy bed, clean rooms. serviceable breakfast.

Cons:

the public facilities could use a deep cleaning. nathan was a super hard working guy who managed both the breakfast bar AND the front desk - he surely needed help (maybe his coworker showed up late at 8am?)! i still have not received my invoice 24+ hrs after checking out.

Dentro del hotel, una buena experiencia
Pros:

Ofrecen shuttle gratuito al aeropuerto. El desayuno es bueno. Las camas son cómodas.

Cons:

Las instalaciones en general se sienten un poco antiguas. El Uber nos dijo que no salgamos del hotel porque la zona es peligrosa. El conductor del shuttle tenía una pésima actitud.

Good value but weed smell and cleanliness of the room could use some improvement.
Pros:

Good value for the money, staff were nice, room was decent.

Cons:

The hall way smelled like weed which was not great. The room probably could have been a bit cleaner but overall it was fine.

A practical and well-located airport hotel
Pros:

Cons:

I requested a late checkout and was verbally told by the front desk that 12:30 PM would be fine. The following morning, a different member of staff informed me there was no record of the arrangement and that checkout was strictly at noon. This kind of internal miscommunication is avoidable and creates unnecessary stress at departure. Any verbal agreement should be logged.
Room and corridors cleanliness must be improved.
The property also shows signs of age and could benefit from a refresh.

Decent hotel with a terrible shuttle service
Pros:

The room and beds were fine

Cons:

We called for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and were told where to wait and that the driver would pick us up in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later he showed up and when we approached the van and waited for him to come out, he drove off. After another 30 minutes and 4 calls to the hotel, we had to call for a Lyft. So $30 and 60 minutes later we finally made it to the hotel. No explanation was given for the shuttle mess nor barely an apology. A frustrating experience to be sure.
