Everything was wonderful.
Pros:

I called and spoke to the front desk,Shayla, informed her that I would be late checking in. She professionally informed me that it was not a problem. After I checked in she informed me that if I needed anything feel free to let her know. My family and I have been staying here for years. We come to this hotel three times a year.
