Pros:

Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Traveling with two families, front desk staff made sure we had rooms close to each other. Court yard had pool, pickleball, and basketball court. Suites had TWO bathrooms! Great complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

First room had a terrible odor, front desk staff quickly addressed the situation immediately. Changed our room and compensated us.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Sonesta Suites! The hotel was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the location was excellent—so convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. The breakfast was also very good and a great way to start each morning. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The pillows were too thick.

The room was large and acceptable and the property seemed in good condition.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Would have liked water to be available.

Cons:

Room didn't seem to have a dehumidifier. While it was certainly cool enough, everything always seemed damp. Even towels would not completely dry. Also wasn't fond of having the basketball court right outside the room! Beds were not all that comfortable.
