It’s ok for a very short visit, not recommended for long stays or for families with young children.
Pros:

The location was good, breakfast was decent and pool is great

Cons:

The room cleaning service is terrible. We had to request the room to be thoroughly cleaned as the were layers of dust on top of light fixtures, headboard and mirrors. You could tell it hadn’t been properly cleaned for months. The rubbish in our room wasn’t emptied for days nor were the used paper cups thrown away and replaced along with tea bags. They seem to just enter your room change sheets and replace the towels. You could see the floor was dirty but they didn’t mop the floor for the entire week we were there. We went with young children and the kids club was an extra €10 per hour or €60 per day. Not great as it should be included like at most hotels. No hotel entertainment whatsoever.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist schön groß. Leider bei den Temperaturen auch sehr warm.
Das Restaurant war gut. Wir haben Pizza gegessen. Für das Essen a la cart hätte man reservieren müssen.
Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Für die Liegen am Pool muss man 20 Euro bezahlen. Es gibt aber auch kostenlose Sitzplätze.
Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht wirklich gekühlt. Dadurch war es nachts sehr warm.

Bel Hôtel, bon rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

Bel hôtel Design. Très bon petit déjeuner. Les fontaines à eau à disposition dans les étages, chambre confortable, accès à la piscine, parking gratuit. Machine à café dans la chambre.

Cons:

Literie un peu dure. Transats et serviettes payants à la piscine. Beaucoup de poussière sous les lits.

De var ikke for gode de første 3 dage til at fylde bufferen, men det ændrede sig de sidste 3.

Priserne for liggestole ved poolen blev oplyst til 45 euro pr dag for 2, da vi skulle til at hjem fik vores venner oplyst en pris på 30 euro. Det ville være fint med en prisliste, men sådan en kunne man ikke få

Pros:

Hôtel au calme, proche de l'autoroute pour une halte durant le voyage. Personnel chaleureux et disponible. Restaurant très bon. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Piscine super, grande et bien exposée. Bar de piscine sympathique. Nous y reviendrons !

Cons:

Pas de petit bassin pour enfants, mais c'est un détail.

Pros:

Great location, it is just across a shopping mall. The reception staff are kind, polite and easy to talk to. I had troubles on paying online so they let me pay upon check-in instead. Staff at the dining hall also have been nice and polite. The breakfast has variety of selections but could be better. The pool is maintained. One of the pool staff is so kind, assisting my child with special needs.

Cons:

The room we stayed in has no Air conditioning. The fan setting is releasing a warm air. We haven't slept well as it was so hot in the room. The windows are locked.

Jeg likte rommet, som hadde et fint interiør, passe stor, møbler av høy kvalitet og var rent og godt vedlikeholdt. Hotellet har også en god beliggenhet, med et stort kjøpesenter rett i nærheten som gir gode shoppingmuligheter. I tillegg har hotellet tennisbaner og et stort bassengområde med fine og komfortable møbler.

Frokost:
Kvaliteten på maten og utvalget var greit, omtrent 6 av 10. Servicen var derimot svakere, rundt 4 av 10.
Det var vanskelig å finne et bord som var ryddet og klart. Påfyll av mat kom ofte sent, og det var nesten alltid én eller flere varer som var tomme. Det virket som personalet hadde mye å gjøre, men i rushtiden klarte de dessverre ikke å levere god nok service.

Basseng:
Det er også verdt å merke seg at både håndkle og solseng koster ekstra. Vanlige sitteplasser er kun tilgjengelige for gjester som bestiller mat eller drikke.

Service:
Det var en tydelig kontrast mellom de gode fasilitetene og servicen. Vi opplevde ikke noe direkte ubehagelig, men vi savnet den lille ekstra oppmerksomheten som kjennetegner god service. Et smil, hyggelig øyekontakt, litt hjelpsomhet eller noen vennlige ord kunne ha gitt et langt bedre inntrykk og løftet helhetsopplevelsen betydelig.
