La posizione permettere di raggiungere facilmente molte località. Il personale della sala colazioni accogliente, disponibile ed efficiente. Buona e variegata la prima colazione.

Non saprei da dove cominciare. Forse dalla reception. È il benvenuto a ogni cliente. A parte uno o due dipendenti, per il resto mai un sorriso, mai la disponibilità a risolvere un problema o venire incontro alle esigenze dei clienti. Camera vecchia, sporca (un dito di polvere sotto il letto e una maschera viso sotto il letto che non era nostra. Questo vuol dire che né prima del nostro arrivo, né per i 4 giorni successivi, qualcuno abbia mai spazzato sotto il letto), pulizia davvero carente. Abbiamo trovato peli nella doccia persino dopo la pulizia giornaliera. Vetri sporchi, tende bucate e mura scorticate. Mi dispiace ma da una struttura 4 stelle ci si aspetta decisamente di più. Soprattutto per il prezzo pagato. Se avessi preso un alloggio economico non mi sarei permessa di scrivere questa recensione. Il condizionatore faceva condensa e cadeva continuamente acqua dul pavimento. Il primo giorno abbiamo rischiato di cadere. Per i restanti 3 giorni nessuno ha risolto il problema( lo abbiamo evidenziato due volte alla reception) e siamo stati con un tappetino per terra per evitare di scivolare camminando. Ciliegina sulla torta: ultima notte un via vai di ragazzi giovanissimi (squadre) che urlavano, bussavano e sbattevano porte fino alle 2 del mattino. Solo dopo aver chiamato la reception e dopo un'altra ora abbondante, si è potuto dormire. È la mia terza volta a Bologna e sono stata sempre in alberghi 4 stelle. Questo è stato il peggiore in assoluto.

Pros:

Very good facilities, breakfast,rooms and excellent staff! Thank you very much to Leonardo and the wonderful staff of the kids club. That's definitely a plus point compared to the other hotels in Bologna. We will be back.
