交通方便，適合家庭，CP值高
Pros:

住宿地點非常好，一出台中火車站就到了，適合搭大眾交通旅遊的人。地下室有遊戲室，小孩非常喜歡。價格與住宿的CP值蠻高的，1樓有迎賓點心BAR，2樓是餐廳，早餐是好吃的，菜色我個人覺得偏中式，排骨菜瓜湯好喝。

Cons:

空間稍微小了一點，感覺有些昏暗，個人感受上較壓迫。上下左右隔音都不太好，大概是洗澡跟移動椅子時會聽到聲音。
