Gute Lage mit kleinen Schwächen.
Pros:

Gute Lage, Zimmer nicht außergewöhnlich aber OK. Bad sauber und OK, Mitarbeiter freundlich. Die Lage ist gut, die wichtigen Busse fahren vor dem Hotel ab und auch zu. In die Altstadt braucht man mit dem Bus 10 Minuten. Großer Park vor der Tür obwohl die Gegend sehr befahren ist. Zimmer hinten raus aber sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück viel los, es geht sich gerade aus aber das Gedränge zB. beim Brot ist ein bisschen unangenehm. Leider nur Automatenkaffee, selbst an der Bar gibts keine Espressomaschine, keine Kaffeehäferl, nur Einheitsgläser für alles. Ein Salz und ein Pfefferstreuer für den gesamten Frühstücksraum. Also nicht zu viel erwarten.
Leider keine Parkplätze vorhanden, man muss in der öffentlichen Garage gegenüber parken, kein Kostenvorteil für Hotelgäste, für einen Tag rund 20 Euro.

Friendly staff but old facility
Pros:

Convenient location next to the bus stop and tram station. Very nice restaurant with sofa in both inside and outside, free water service, and friendly and kind staff at the reception.

Cons:

Although we stayed superior room, the shower room’s pipe was clogging. It didn’t repaired until our last day while we complained about it at the first day. It was disappointing.
Also, the extra bed was hard and tough so that my child couldn’t sleep well.

Je pense ne pas avoir compris mais je trouve ça étrange d’écrire parking privé dans la réservation de l’hôtel et une fois arrivé sur place le parking n’est pas du tout celui de l’hôtel ! Et qu’il a fallu payer 80€ la semaine…

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Στη ρεσεψιόν είχε παιχνίδια για τα παιδιά. Το δωμάτιο άνετο και καλό στρώμα στο κρεβάτι.

Cons:

Δεν είχε δικό του πάρκινγκ αλλά έχει ακριβώς απέναντι ιδιωτικό.

very decent staff freindly enough but i may opt for Airbnb next time more or apartment the breafast

Wonderful staff, food and location
Pros:

A lovely; well thought out hotel in an ideal location. Excellent breakfast. Great food served in the resteraunt. The staff are multi-lingual and friendly. I enjoyed the fact that there is a water cooler on each floor and well signed, easily accessible stairs to avoid waiting for the elevators. The view from the terrace is great. The pool is cool and refreshing on a hot day.

Cons:

The gym equipment looks great but is very limited.. There should be more resistance/weight options. Even a 20kg kettelbell would do. The decor of the rooms needs updating.

Pour une hôtel de ce standing, il faudrait revoir les détails vieillissants qui sautent aux yeux.

La literie est très confortable et les chambres sont bien isolées pour le bruit.

Cons:

Gym. I booked this hotel after cancelling different one due to not having gym but Novotel gym got only cardio equipment , we didnt even use it at the end and paid external gym instead

Pros:

J’ai été surclassée (bonne surprise !) et ma chambre avait été rénovée contrairement à l’une de mes collègues. Donc coup de bol pour ma part. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Rien à redire. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et a l’écoute des clients.

Cons:

Le manque de places de parking devant l’hôtel (5 places) pour un hôtel de plus de 100 chambres 😵‍💫 Parking public payant en traversant le boulevard en face de l’hôtel mais ce dernier est un vrai labyrinthe avec un dédale de couloirs .. à se perdre 😵‍💫
L’acoustique des chambres reste moyen. Pensez aux boules Quies !
