Die Lage war sehr gut, aber alles andere überhaupt nicht!
Pros:

Die Lage: das Hotel ist nur 3 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt.

Cons:

Man musst 5-10 Minuten auf den Aufzug warten: 1 Aufzug ist zu wenig.
Haartrockner hat nicht funktioniert.
„Tolle“ Überraschung am Ende: unsere Zimmertür hat sich nicht öffnen lassen: elektronischer Schloss konnte weder mit unserer Karte noch mit Manager Karte eröffnet werden. Erst nach ca. 1 Stunde mit der Hilfe vom 4. mechanischem Schlüssel wurde die Tür geöffnet und wir dürften endlich ins Zimmer kommen. Allerdings dürfte die Tür nicht komplett zugemacht werden. Das hat nichts mit dem 4 Sterne Hotel zu tun!

Gemiddeld hotel met levensgevaarlijke garage
Pros:

Het is een normaal hotel, kleine kamer, matige badkamer, te kleine lift.

Cons:

Ik geef een 1 omdat de garage levensgevaarlijk is. Bij het wegrijden sloeg de automatische deur bijna tegen de auto. Schandalig voor elk hotel maar zeker voor een 4 sterren hotel van 250 euro

I would return to stay at this hotel.

Location and residents bar.

Cons:

The approach by car to the hotel was a bit confusing. The road you need to go in to in order to access the garage requires you to go in to what looks like a no entry, but other than that the parking was great.

Una estancia muy agradable.
Pros:

El hotel es muy cómodo y está muy bien ubicado. Tiene parking propio y además justo enfrente también hay un aparcamiento público de pago por lo que es ideal si vas en coche.
Además estás justo al inicio de la zona medieval de la ciudad por lo que puedes ir dando un agradable paseo a todos los sitios. Está como a 10 min de la Colegiata ("Catedral") y a unos 15-20 min de la Petit Venise.
El desayuno ofrece muchas opciones y de calidad.
Y aunque parezca una tontería tienen una fuente de agua muy fresquita a disposición de los clientes las 24 horas del día.
La zona es tranquila y muy agradable.

Personale molto gentile, camere ben strutturate ,pulizia al top,posteggio prenotato sotto hotel comodo . Al centro in pochi minuti posizione eccellente. Nei ristoranti valutate cosa viene servito... non molto di qualità...cenato al restorant Du Marche .cucina tipica e buona ,conduzione marito e moglie .consiglio di provare.
