Goede locatie en prachtige kamer heerlijk geslapen
Pros:

We kregen een gratis kamer upgrade. Kamer was ruim, schoon en de douche was echt fantastisch.

Cons:

1 Klein nadeel onze kamer zat naast de lift en de lift maakt best wat geluid als deze in werking was.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely amazing, had great secure underground parking, which we needed as we were on our motorbike. Staff went out of their way to help us, we had a problem with the bathroom, they upgraded us to another room, as they could not sort out straight away, which was amazing. Well done Mercure

Wie gesagt an sicht alles i.O. Würde das das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

An sich war alles in Ordnung.Das Frühstück war nicht gerade überwältigend.

Cons:

Die Zeitlich begrenzten PP vor dem Hotel waren fast immer besetzt.Musste auf eine Seitenstrasse parkieren.

Habe 2 verschiedene Kaffee probiert....beide konnte ich nicht fertig trinken.(Schlechte Qualität)

Hotel samt Team war gut, sehr freundliches Personal.
Cons:

Speck am Frühstück gehört nicht zu den Würstchen wegen aufsteigendem Dampf, daher ist der Speck zuwenig Cross.
sollte evetuell getrennt angeboten werden.
ansonsten sehr gut samt Personal am Frühstücksbuffet.

Pros:

Das Zimmer ging auf die Strasse die Fenster sind gut isoliert, dass man nichts hörte.

Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr gut, Auch fand ich gut, dass man Wasser mit Kohlensäure oder Still frisch bei der Reception abfülen konnte und auf`s Zimmer nehmen.

De locatie en de airco op de kamer, de stilte op de kamer en de kwaliteit van de matras. Globaal dus prima.

Cons:

Badkamer en kamer toch wel aan de kleine kant voor een Mercure hotel. Eerder Ibis niveau. Ontbijt OK maar ook vrij beperkt.
