The staff treat us good they did myrequest.
Pros:

I like when i request they made it right away.

Cons:

I don't like ,when i came to the room , the bed sheets ,pillow case , blangket are so dirty and smell bad.

Great deal on the Riverwalk with parking!
Pros:

Everything! Modern comfort on the riverwalk, we parked there and walked everywhere in the area. The parking was for 24 hours, so we were good to stay parked after checkout to tour the Alamo!

Buena ubicación , céntrico.
Pros:

Desayuno sencillo pero con aporte de todos los grupos de nutrientes. Buena ubicación. Bonito diseño.

Cons:

El tamaño del baño muy reducido, no se podia abrir la puerta sin entrar a la regadera.

Great Location, Great Price, and Great Customer Service
Pros:

Free breakfast; they had a bar for happy hour until 11:00 p.m. that had a variety of beers, alcohol, and food. Since I don't drink much, the bartender was more than accommodating to help me decide which wine I would like to drink and gave me tasters. The location is right on the Riverwalk, but in a quieter area. Very family and pet friendly. This is my kids' favorite hotel in San Antonio. Will be staying here again!

A pleasant one night stay at a Hyatt owned hotel.
Pros:

A conveniently located hotel, just blocks south of downtown San Antonio. The hotel is well maintained and the free breakfast was above average.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking. $30 a night.

Lindo hotel en una hermosa ciudad
Pros:

El lugar con el sendero del río atrás. La pileta. Todo muy nuevo y bien mantenido. Microondas en cada piso. Habitación muy amplia.

Cons:

El baño era ínfimo. Complicado para cerrar la puerta. Desayuno muy básico para el tipo de hotel.
