Front desk clerk Patti was awesome checking us in. We came in late and she knew out name and got us all set up. Our room was great comfortable and had a great view of the river. Breakfast was also always good we at three mornings and it was great each time. The pool was also clean and nice for the kids to swim in.
I wish you had the coffee outside the cafeteria area so we can get coffee away from the crowd.

Zona desayuno pequena y congestionada
La habitación es muy cómoda, buena distribución, camas limpias y cómodas, mobiliario adecuado, espacio razonable (excepto el baño que era muy pequeño), toallas suficientes y limpias, eficiente y amable atención de la camarera y muy buena actitud de servicio por parte del gerente del hotel.
A pesar de que la limpieza del cuarto era correcta, uno de los días salió una cucaracha, lo cual entiendo que puede ser difícil de evitar al 100% en tiempo de calor, pero no deja de ser un evento desagradable. Debo reconocer que el gerente tomó acciones inmediatas, nos ofreció otro cuarto, y actuó con rapidez y eficiencia para resolver el problema.
El desayuno estaba bien en general (nada extraordinario, buen café, avena muy rica, huevo mediocre, no había wafles, fruta a veces vieja), PERO lo que menos me gustó fue la actitud de los responsables de re-surtir durante los desayunos. Eran en general lentos y demasiado estrictos y tajantes respecto a la hora de quitar los alimentos; presionaban a los comensales con desagrado y personalmente ví como la cocinera quitó lo alimentos con mucha descortesía en el momento mismo que un señor de avanzada edad se estaba sirviendo, dejándolo con su plato vacío y sin permitir que tomara nada, y dejando a su esposa en la fila (eran los últimos 2!!).
