Comfortable and staff is great

Room was great and beautiful. The Atmosphere was comforting and welcoming, and they were very clean. And lets not even mention the amazing service from the staffs there. They were amazing. We had an issue with our refrigerator and by one call maintenance came and changed it immediately. Breakfast and even the food by the restaurants are a 10/10! would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Yonkers and need a place to stay. And the prices are wonderful too.

Very clean, housekeeping was great. It was quiet and the room was wonderful. Breakfast was good. The hotel was close to my parents hotel, 5 mins away. Overall it was worth it and I’d stay there again. I also have to mention, the hotel smells wonderful and fresh.

It was really comfortable. I liked that they cleaned each day- so proactive. The place is always near and the staff are friendly

Atmosphere was excellent and Mr Michael was knowledge of answers of my questions. I surely missed breakfast fruits salad.

It was ok… poor breakfast.

very good. the shower was pretty slow, probably needs new showerhead. The sink drained very slow, the drain probably needs to be cleaned.
All in all, it was a very good stay.
Breakfast was 5 stars for sure.

This hotel had excellent customer service, and the room was very clean.

At first everything looked pretty and clean. BUT, as time went by problems surfaced. When I was unable to turn on the coffee maker in my room, I called the front desk. They told me to get coffee downstairs where breakfast is served. No, I said, I am in my pajamas and want coffee in my room. They said, try this, try that none of which worked... I figured it out by myself after much trial and error. Turned out the lighted power button on the coffee maker also starts the coffee brewing. BUT, it has to be pressed.

When I did go downstairs to eat breakfast,
I found the room to be very, very depressing. Everything was black, including table cloths and curtains. I felt like I was at a funeral!! I then asked the attendant to please crack open the curtains. Viola! Beautiful sunshine appeared and beautiful green plants!

Back in my room, I found the fridgerator in a cabinet below the top front cabinet.
Ok, I can live with that.. BUT, whenever I opened the fridge door, it caused the fridge to tremble and move around. That is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

A simple solution would have been to secure the fridge!

Later in the evening , as I was watching TV, I received a call from the front desk to turn down the volume. Of course, I turned it down. My problem was that, the walls are too thin or lack some kind of soundproofing.

I have traveled extensively for work and stayed at numerous hotels where I have never, ever been told that the volume on my TV is too loud and must be lowered!

On top of all of that, the microwave oven was at the back of a stairwell. Very inconvenient and dreary!

Close to specific areas in Yonkers

Very nice stay. Rooms were clean, Atmosphere was very good. Breakfasts were excellent with very friendly staff. Mercedes was great! Only negative was the extra charge for early check in when registering as the room was already ready.

Very clean and accommodating room. Staff was great. Breakfast was great. 10/10 experience.
