Excelente todo
A very convenient hotel off the Major Deegan. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms could use some modernization having the ice machine and microwave on the top floor was a little ridiculous. The restaurant was very courteous and the breakfast was delicious. Bottom line I'd stay here again. For tge price you can't go wrong.
That it was centrally located. Even though the hotel wasn’t the best the staff was amazing and very accommodating. And the breakfast was really good.
My bathroom had ceiling leaks that leaked all over our clothes. ( I have footage of that )They do not take Apple Pay whatsoever. And they could do a little bit of upgrading to the property. And it’s not just a hotel. It is a venue for weddings and parties. We were there with our family for a funeral so I wasn’t expecting a quinceanera and a wedding at the same time.
The room very nice, lots of room and bed was comfortable. The ONLY problem I had was the walls being so thin so I could hear the couple next to me and it was extremely loud.
Lovely hotel, great location, friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, restaurant and breakfast were terrific!

Very loud. Slamming doors and loud noises all night.
Loved the layout of the room and how the bathroom is somewhat open to the room. I enjoyed the free breakfast that was a great amenity and I did like that there is a lounge/restaurant for an option at noon and night. I disliked the smell of cigarettes that lingered around the elevator and halls and the noise from the next room. I give it a 4 star!

I like the cleanness and comfort.
The staff, the receptionist that was there was really rude and bad. He should that be there, he is unprofessional. The black and fat receptionist he doesn't know his job and very rude at the same time has zero customer service.
The breakfast was incredible and the hotel’s exterior and community area spaces are very beautiful. All the staff were really nice and friendly. I stayed in the double bed room and felt they need a better interior decorator. The double bed rooms are for 4 adults, yet there was nowhere to sit comfortably except for 1 chair and then the bed closest to the window didn’t have leg room to get on the bed from the side due to the A/C. Bathroom needs more hooks for towel, etc. the one that’s there is a bit far from the bathtub. Just some suggestions for improvement.
The hotel room was great, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a special treat, well prepared and filling. The restaurant also had a delicious selection of meals, it was perfectly located on the first floor. Recommend it for families and couples.
