The area
The room was dirty and it smelled like a wet dog so I assume that the room was occupied with an animal . And its owner. We had no choice about the room because everything was booked . . And we weren’t told that animals were in that room. My husband and I stayed at Baltimore Maryland , it was a last result and won’t be doing that again.
The rooms was hot stuffy and the air conditioning didn’t work well. Soon as u turn it one it smelled like pee and horse shit.

Housekeeping rude check out is 11 by 1015 they knocking on your door talking bout check out other guest don't have respect for other guest loud music right outside your door there kids throwing things at your door kids playing in between ur vehicles ppl just posted outside your door drinking and making loud noise tell 1am or longer
The hotel smell badly and mold on walls even by the light switch i couldn't stay in here with my 3 kids even if it was for one night.I asked of ny money back thru said no.The scam me out my money.I love my family can't stay in nasty place.Thrybtook my money untold the reception they said no refunds I left

Poor cleaning skills bathroom toilets not being cleaned around the base of it you still can see urine and dust floor in rooms not beingvsweep like there housekeeping just pulling trash and making beds and leaving out of rooms plus check out time is 11 they come banging on ur door at 10 talking about check out and if you ask for a late check out they dont communication with so called housekeeper to let them know one lady comes around and says get out now and trying to open ur door and dont understand why some of there king beds have 2 pillows on it or 3 and pillows like they been in rooms for years for the money you pay this place could upgrade on linen and pillows in rooms they make stay uncomfortable as well as a half cleaned room
