There was a request for a couple of hours of extension, which we were planning to book a half day but the hotel didn't agree and had to book a full day just for an additional 2 hours, which is really disappointing.

Excellent experience! I will highly recommend.
Pros:

1. Staff is very honest. I forgot my chargers (2) in the room, while we were about to step out to board the taxi, the hotel manager came with the pouch and returned the chargers.
2. Location - In close proximity to the temple. Walking distance to the temple (and beach for "Snaan" before you go for Darshan)
