Perfect location with parking and activities close by.
The dumpster out front smelled so bad, the bathroom door wouldn’t latch and the walls were so thin we were woken up by our neighbors room being cleaned the next morning.
I stayed at Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown for my birthday and had a great experience. Sham checked me in and was amazing! She was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from the moment I arrived. She definitely helped start my birthday stay off on a great note. Thank you, Sham!
Although there was some construction during our stay, the front desk and staff were extremely hospitable and welcoming. Chris at the front desk was especially great and made our stay even better!

The answer is NO, we are very sorry.
Questions asked:
1. No water in rooms from 9am to 4pm: are you compensating this in any way?
2. May I have a coke, please?
3. Would you a plug adapter I could borrow?
4. Could you please reduce the A/C, clients are leaving your restaurant because it’s freezing?
Despite these issues, I am still giving the hotel 3 stars. The location is excellent, rooms are clean and several members of staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, especially Sham, who always had a smile on her face.
I love how all the staff was warm and welcoming. I appreciated the location.
The water went off on Monday, July 20th at 9am. I had a later flight that day and would have appreciated more rest time before having to fly. Unfortunately, I had to get up early to shower as there would be no water. This is something individuals should learn at booking not when you check-in.
