bel quartiere, hotel suggestivo, qualche disattenzione sulla dotazione
Pros:

stile old England e posizione vicino alla metro

Cons:

c'era la cucina in camera, ma le uniche posate disponibili erano dei coltelli sporchi e pieni di ruggine. Se mettete a disposizione una cucina dovete attrezzarla in modo decente! Altro piccolo problema: il tavolo era tremendamente basculante e prossimo a rompersi definitivamente.

Pros:

Sa situation géographique, calme mais tout près du centre ville et du district des maisons construites par Frank Lloyd Wright. Parking extérieur parfait.

The house keeping dept really needs to pick up the pace, especially give the room rate of this prope
Pros:

There was no breakfast :-(

Cons:

The bathroom sink drain was clogged.

Even though we asked the front desk twice the empty hair conditioner dispenser was never filled.

And on our second m oe=rning we put the "Clean Room" sign on the door and the room was NO"t cleaned.

Demasiado por muy poco servicio

La ubicacion ya que oak park es un hermoso lugar muy pequeno.

Cons:

Siento que pagamos demasiado por muy poco. No me gusto que ni bien ingresamos, la habitacion estaba como afuera en un area independiente y eso hizo que no te sintieras dentro de un hotel. Nadie venia a ver si estabas bien o no. Las cosas que te dan de cubiertos eran un cuchillo y un tenedor, me acerque a pedir otros 2 ya que eramos dos personas y me mandaron al restaurante a pedir algunos descartables. El servicio de limpieza fue 2 dias de las 6 noches por lo cual no se cambiaban las sabadas en los dias que estuve con la frecuecia debida. Como que estabamos medio a nuestra suerte ahi. Hubo alerta de tornados y nadie se acerco a ver si necesitabamos algo o bien para orientarnos. El primer dia me debitaron mas de lo que decia mi reserva sin explicarme nada sobre si era o no un deposito de garantia. La verdad que me parece que pagamos demasiado por muy poco servicio.

Très bon emplacement
Pros:

Très bon emplacement près du métro pour se rendre au centre de Chicago. Parking gratuit. Très bon restaurant à prix raisonnable. Grande chambre et tres propre.

Disgusting Don't Go!!!
Pros:

This hotel is filthy. Tiny elevator that I wasn't sure was going to work. Entered the room with what looked like a crime scene on the door. Musty smelly room. The room appeared to have not been dusted in months. The furniture and decor looked like it was bought from someone's great grandmother's yard sale. Kitchen cabinets falling apart and dirty counters. The rugs most likely have never been cleaned. The pillows had a weird smell and the bed sank in the middle. Wall paper peeling off the walls all over and a janky attempt to use scotch tape to fix it. I would give this zero stars if I could. Only positive staff was nice.

Awful customer service
Pros:

The air conditioning was stuck at 59 degrees but only blew a few feet into the room. It was uncomfortably hot both nights we were there. We asked the front desk to look into this. We were told to call the manager 'later'. I asked that the manager look into this and contact us. We heard nothing. On returning to the hotel we inquired if the problem had been rectified. They knew nothing about it. We were told that "the thermostat is set at that temperature" with no concern for the fact that it did not cool the room.

Overprice and outdated.
Pros:

A grand old hotel in, perhaps 1950 it is now ludicrously expensive, other dingy and for in great need of an update. Tiny elevators, tiny televisions, musty smelling and with a complete lack of modern amenities such as computer, modern coffee makers and cell phone charging outlets, etc One can fine much bigger, brighter and more modern amenities at any chain motel. The staff, sadly. lack any warmth or charm. much like the hotel itself. We had a problem with the room air-conditioner barely working. The front desk assured us the manager would see to this and call us. He did neither.
