Just can’t say enough about how great this hotel is. From the check in to check out. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Room was gorgeous and we were lucky enough to get the Malibu view but all views are really special.
The Penthouse restaurant and bar had impeccable service as well and the food was as amazing as the view, if not more so. It was really beyond our expectations. We will be back.
One note, I was initially surprised by the $68 per night valet parking charge. But, was very quickly won over because they invest that fee in service. The valet station was always well staffed and after calling from the room we never had to wait a single moment for our car once downstairs and we went in and out multiple times over our stay. Truly a case where you get what you pay for. Absolutely worth it.
This hotel was amazing. The staff was so kind and responsive. The valet guys were amazing. The property was very clean and taken care of the food and the bar was amazing. Definitely recommend.
Overall everything was great. Only issue being that the lighting system for my room would not work on my last day. The engineer person never came to try and fix.

Amazing place as always.
No staff was available for check in. Claimed to all be in a meeting and was told to wait. I told valet repeatedly to charge my car and never did. Also, parking ceiling was so low that my trunk door hit it and they don’t warn me or care. Nice and clean property but customer service is severely lacking.

It’s an easy walk to Ocean Ave and the beach area. Staff were extremely friendly, which made the travel experience even better. Lots of dinning options in the area. I only rented a car for some of the days during my stay, so it was a perfect combination of relaxing staycation for some of the days, and venturing out on others. Instead of an older hotel with less amenities that charges the same price to be “beachfront,” I’d happily stay at the Huntley again which is a nicer option that’s just one more block away from the beach. As someone living on the east coast, that walking distance was nothing. In fact, I very much enjoyed the walk under LA weather!

Hotel staff was very respectful and courteous. The valet staff was a lil different they got other customers cars when we came before them, when finally got my car we had to walk down to the alley to get it. So we left from the alley instead come out on California st.
