The room was nice. All the common areas were upgraded including the breakfast and conference areas. The happy was nice and the space was great to watch multiple games on tv.

Cons:

I was excited to use the outdoor Jacuzzi, but it was filled with bugs. The Front Door staff was really awesome. However, everyone else especially the breakfast group were just a little rough around the edges. The breakfast service was really a big letdown.

Pros:

The staff was wonderful at the Boca suites. Lou was so helpful in answering my questions and my stay. I’ve been there several times and will return there in the future!

We never got to stay , Absolutely no fault of our own. Still no refund or apology from the hotel

Cons:

They never gave us a room some sort of computer issues, we had to find some place else to stay. They would not check us in manually. My money has not been returned like I was told it would be. I’m really not happy with this situation at all.
