It was awesome and I would come back.
Pros:

We enjoyed the breakfast and the service with it. We think it's always great when this is included. The personnel at check-in was very friendly.

Cons:

In the beginning, there was some confusion as to whether the replacement of towels etc. should be daily. We appreciate a daily towel replacement, supply of toilet rolls, making up the bed etc. After 2 or 3 days, it was ok.

Disappointed in the food service.
Pros:

The beds are very comfortable. The room and bath are fine.

Cons:

The breakfast was a mess by the time I ate this morning. There was dirty dishes everywhere. We stay here because the breakfast is usually great.

I stayed because I wanted to be close to my son for his camp , but the smell was overwhelming disgusting.
Pros:

Very Convient to my son , he had summer camp for football .

Cons:

My room smelled sour and I called the front desk, and someone from housekeeping came up and sprayed the floors/carpet . Stating that the carpet was old and needed to be replaced . Smelled gross the entire time

The carpets are filthy.
I saw 2 cockroach on the wall inside the room...incredible !!!
They told me..."we are aware we have some issues...but we are renovating"...ridiculous answer.

Que no ponías las toallas siendo 3 huéspedes, no hubo champú, y la limpieza no la hicieron un día de los 4 que estuvimos, aunque fueron amables.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. It is quite close to the coast.

Cons:

Coming from the International airport takes 1 hour. I already knew that, but it's something to consider. Despite the webpage saying the check-in is up to 11 pm, someone was at the front desk to check us in, and they gave us the key and the bed-sofa sheets. That was great, but I was doubting whether we could enter the hotel until we arrived, which is a bit stressful traveling with kids at night. You should be clear about the check-in time.

The best vacation I’ve been on

First I would like to start with the front desk receptionist Ryan. This gentleman deserves an award for being the most polite and down to earth employee Ryan has made this trip feel loved and appreciated from me to my son and my girl I’ve never been to a hotel on a family trip and felt at home as well the atmosphere,the energy all felt pure and joyful as well as the general manager holly she deserves recognition she as well has made the whole trip felt special her customer service has made me feel like family instead of a customer in for that this will always be my go to hotel if I’m in need of a mini vacation thanks to Ryan and holly I will forever recommend Embassey to my friends and family may nothing but blessings and peace and happiness be upon Ryan holly and the rest of the staff 😀

Kind of an unexpected treasure. I really love the layout inside the hotel and the hot tub and the fitness center as well

A holiday week cordial visit
Pros:

Let me say many thanks to the GM Holly who is a hands on walk around professional at all points of the hotel. During my stay, you just not sure where you might bounce her up as she really gives a 100% percent beyond for the team.

She actually checked me in when I tell you she gets into delivering the service.
I also want to thank the team for breakfast, Ulysses and Tommy. Great guys and they really do put in the required effort to meet all guest needs for a big breakfast area. Mr Alfred, the omlette chef is a stalwart as he has been there over 30 years.

Yes, the hotel is under some physical refurbishment but they do cater to informing the guests on time.

Here is my issue with the hotel. Some of the guests. Unfortunately, it was the Juneteenth holiday week I stayed and the weekend was busy and very full.I personally believe that some parents do not control and teach their children respect for other people property and abuse of facilities.

I mean, who would have their kids running around the hotel restaurant from the sit down lobby to the gym to the elevators and running around shouting loudly on the floors? Yet, these parents were sitting drinking alcho and enjoying their buckets of KFC and laughing like its a joke. Surely, they will not do this at their home. I hope not.

Other, than this observation, I had a good stay and I wish Holly and her team all the best as they continue their renovations.

Certainly, will stay here on my next visit once I am in the area.
