Pros:

I loved the location, the staff was great & very helpful, I liked the complimentary breakfast included, as well as the complimentary drink ticks for the stay.

Cons:

The resort is old and out dated, you can tell it needs some renovation & furniture updates, out closet door in the living suite was falling off track nd hard to close or open, the room was very tight with the twin beds, not much space for our party size that it states it accommodate, the partial balcony, no good channels to watch on the TV.

I stayed at Embassy Suites Boca Raton from March 20th to March 22nd and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel’s location is convenient and clean, making the stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options.

Cons:

The only downside was the lack of reliable internet accessibility for guests, which made it difficult to stay connected.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others visiting Boca Raton.

Cons:

The house keeping staff was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I kept having to call the front desk for my room to be freshened up. I went three days without fresh towels and linen change. Very disappointed.
