Pros:

One of employee arranged a new room as I requested to change the room due to shaking bed with weird sound.

Cons:

The 1st room where we stayed was something weird noise and shaking bed. We changed the floor and room.

Pros:

We booked a suite for a little weekend get away. This location was very convenient to everything! We visited Haywood mall which was less than a 10 minute drive. We enjoyed dinner friday night at Firebirds (amazing btw) and again just a short 6 min drive! There's all types of shops and food in this area. Rooms were very clean and staff went over amd beyond for our stay. Our check in wasn't until 3pm I did request an earlier check in but they could not garentee (no boggie) we arrived our room wasn't ready but the receptionist immediately got a staff member to clean us a room and it was ready within an hour or so. I will 1000% book here again! Thank you for a great stay.

I stayed here with my toddler and the stay went really well. Our room was clean and it was very convenient having the fridge and microwave in our room, which seems to be something a lot of hotels are shifting away from. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. They were very prompt in fulfilling any request I made directly to the front desk for service to my room.
