For a Novotel chain this is the worst I’ve been to. This is a shame and should seriously be managed better. It is a disgrace to the chain and for the price they charge per night. I will personally never go back there even for free.

Limpeza o banheiro nunca viu água e sabão, na entrada que tem uma escada tinha que implorar para o funcionário acionar o elevador para subir as malas, o lobby era um inferno colocaram a área e brinquedos nas crianças no lobby junto as mesas de check in e check out, onde funcionários despreparados e rudes demoravam uma eternidade para atender e ficavam de conversa entre eles

A localização é excelente, considerando que o Leme é uma das melhores beiras de praia do Rio. Além do café da manhã e gentileza dos funcionários.
