When we arrived at the hotel, I was really surprised it had such high ratings. Check in took over 20 minutes, still not sure why. Room was adequate but nothing like what I was expecting from other reviews. Towels are old and pillow cases are clean but stained. No kettle or coffee facility in room.
There was a lot available for breakfast but only really if you wanted chocolate cake for breakfast. Very very very limited choices for vegetarians with even the ‘pumpkin broth’ having meat in it - but not labelled as such. We’re used to limited choices travelling but this was particularly disappointing.
The bar service was slow and inconsistent - sometimes drinks we ordered didn’t turn up. Music far too loud for decent conversation with friends. Nice view though if you can get a seat to view it.
Hotel was averagely average overall and definitely not what I expected from a Novotel or from the reviews.

Que sean PET friendly la ubicación el recepcionista nocturno nos atendió excelente
No me hicieron la habitación en 2 noches de estancia dejando cartel de hacer habitaciones , no retiraron el room service, llamamos para solicitarlo y nunca lo retiraron tuvimos que dejarlo afuera de la habitación. El mesonero de la piscina olvidó nuestro pedido y 1 hora después nos ayudó una chica muy amable Claudia que se disculpó y resolvió
Amei a localização e o quarto. Hotel com mobiliário novo, com bom atendimento. Estar ali tornou a viagem muito especial.
Localização.
Hotel necessita de manutenção urgente. Instalações depreciadas, elevador pequeno para fluxo de hóspedes e ainda o rooftop, que fica aberto para pessoas externas. O quarto estava com fechadura de banheiro arrombada, tampa de vaso quebrada, ar-condicionado velho, barulhento e com mal funcionamento. Fiquei decepcionada pois as avaliações eram boas. Não se encaixa no perfil de 4 estrelas.

Ar condicionado dos quartos não funcionavam , black out não dos quartos também não . O carpete do hall tinha um péssimo cheiro . Muita fila para check in e check out . Telefone da recepção não atende . Elevador sempre lotado , tinha que esperar um tempão . Tem poços elevadores para o tanto de hóspede . Não recomendo .
