eu fiz a reserva para 2 dias mas perdi o voo e tive q ir no dia seguinte. eu liguei para o hotel e avisei que eu chegaria de manhã e pedi por favor para manterem a minha reserva pois eu chegaria de manhã e precisava do quarto para me arrumar para um casamento no começo da tarde. eu cheguei no hotel e eles tinham passado o meu quarto para outra pessoa e não tinha quarto. eu paguei 2.300,00 por 2 diarias e ele me disse que eu teria que esperar até liberar um quarto e limparem. eu achei um absurdo me cobrarem e me deixarem esperando. o rapaz da recepção só arrumou um outro quarto pq eu reclamei bastante e disse que era uma falta de respeito eu ter reservado, ligado para avisar que chegaria no outro dia cedo e que teria pouco tempo p casamento e chegar la e não ter o quarto. além dessa recepção ruim, eu achei o hotel bem caro pelo que ele oferece. o elevador é lento e vc demora muito para subir e descer, pois ele atende o hotel inteiro, as toalhas do banheiro estavam manchadas de sangue e os estofados das cadeiras do quarto sujos e encardidos. por esse valor deveria estar impecável.
