Utsikten och läget. Städpersonalen var trevlig. Övrig personal var inte direkt trevlig, på gränsen till otrevlig!
När man ringde roomservice, slängde dem på luren i örat eller svarade inte alls!
Elektriciteten var inte bra, fastnade i hissen tillsammans med en annan familj. Som tur är gick det ganska fort att fixa igång hissen igen.

Les chambres sont très mal insonorisé et les draps ne sont jamais pas propres !
Les assesseurs ne fonctionnent pas correctement et il est difficile de comprendre la logique !
Very nice hotel with a very beautiful rooftop. The room was comfortable. Value for money was perfect.
The hotel is one block from Leme beach, which is fantastic. The hotel lent us an umbrella and beach chairs. The neighborhood was quiet, with locals all around. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes to enjoy in daily life.
The additional coach who took my child to sleep did not meet our expectations.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons remarqué que le ménage n’avait pas été fait : nous avons un bébé qui fait du 4 pattes, en même pas 5min ses vêtements étaient noirs. Il nous manquait également 2 serviettes pour les enfants et du shampooing. Nous avons demandé à ce que ce soit nettoyé, les serviettes remises mais sur les 4 jours on a dû demander plusieurs fois pour que le ménage soit fait, et pour qu’on nous donne des serviettes. Un nettoyage rapide a été fait mais les serviettes et shampooing ne sont jamais arrivés. Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais il y a énormément de monde, le personnel te saute dessus pour ton numéro de chambre et le plus impressionnant : on n’a pas le droit de se lever tous de table pour amener les enfants aux toilettes par exemple car le personnel enlève toute la table en disant : « on pensait que vous étiez partis » alors même que le café fume. On nous a tout enlevé, même la chaise du bébé…Et ensuite, on repart faire le assiettes et 15min après on vient nous dire : si vous voulez prendre encore quelque chose n’hésitez pas car on va fermer le buffet du petit déj. La même personne à qui j’avais dit : on va juste aux toilettes. Au prix des nuitées et du petit déjeuner, on s’attend à un service de qualité et clairement ce n’est pas le cas. Pareil pour ce qu’ils appellent « espace kids », il est inexistant. Ça ne devrait même pas apparaître en proposition pour les familles car c’est un coin sale à l’entrée de l’hôtel où il y a énormément de passage et on ne peut pas les laisser jouer tranquillement car des gens passent et leur rentre dedans tout le temps. D’ailleurs, j’avais demandé un lit bébé lors de la réservation, on m’a redemandé 2 fois avant notre arrivée si je voulais vraiment que ce soit installé. Chose que j’ai confirmé 2 fois. Tout ça pour qu’on arrive et que ce ne soit pas fait car on voulait pas réduire la taille de la chambre.
