Excelente localização, perto da praça de Espanha. O atendimento muito bom também. Quarto espaçoso, cama Excelente e chuveiro bom.
Tenho que parabenizar dois funcionários que foram muito atenciosos e fizeram a diferença. A recepcionista Naima que sempre foi muito atenciosa, prestativa e simpática. Nos auxiliou em muitas coisas inclusive para a cidade. E também o responsável pelos carros, o Jorge, que também muito simpático, prestativo e disposto a ajudar.

Great hotel but let down by the dust and the staff’s attitude in the bar area
Pros:

Great location , rooms were quite dusty “particularly on the wooden floor” (very noticeable on the corridors as well) staff at reception very nice but not so nice in the bar (barman quite ignorant) decent enough value ..

Very dusty in room and along corridors , staff at bar were quite uninterested and came across as very ignorant - other staff “particularly at reception” were EXELLENT
