I'm going to come back again and I'm going to stay in a hotel and I'm going to ask for the same room
Pros:

The hotel is old, and it needs a little bit of work, but it's very clean. The staff was great and parking was excellent. It's right across the street from the beach. Literally, you don't even need a car once you get there. You can walk to the restaurants, to the shopping, to the beach. Can't ask for a better location.

It's just an older hotel, so if you're looking for SpongeBob fancy pants, this isn't going to be for you. The price was definitely almost half of what most of the other hotels were in the area.

Cons:

Just that the rooms needed a little bit of work:
- Towel rack was falling off the wall.
- The patio door to go outside is a little janky.
- Those older heating and cooling units are what they are.

1. Reserved partial ocean view.. had to lean over a balcony to see a sliver of ocean
2. Missing amenities in room, no coffee, no cups, no tissue
3. Brown ring around the tub, very slow draining
4. Soiled carpet turned my white socks black
5. Had to use a hangar to secure the corner of a drape to keep light out
6. Breakfast was lacking... eggs were awful, no meats
7. Two elevators, one not working, and the other was slow

Cons:

Unfortunately, this hotel was a huge disappointment. The property is very outdated and in desperate need of renovations. The room felt old, worn, and not nearly as clean or comfortable as expected. The furniture, carpeting, and bathroom all showed significant wear, making the entire stay feel unpleasant.

The staff was polite, but that wasn’t enough to make up for the condition of the hotel. For the price, I expected a much better experience. The location was convenient, but that’s about the only positive. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless major updates are made.

Staff was fantastic especially the woman in the cafeteria I feel bad that hardly anyone tipped her you need to give her a raise we tipped her every day the food was excellent the people taking care of the room the same fantastic would stay there again in a heartbeat

Pros:

I thought the location was great for it being off of the boardwalk but still a very short walk to the beach. Cool swimming pool and very accommodating staff.

Cons:

The hotel in my opinion is in need of a renovation. While the beds were clean and comfortable I felt most other things were outdated.

We did not stay as it was not clean and had bugs

I liked the photos online.

Cons:

We were put into two different rooms both filthy with the first having dead bugs on the bed. They have refused to give me a full reimbursement. I will be taking further action.
