Хорошее место расположение,есть кондиционер в номере,маленький холодильник,удобные кровати,вид с балкона.

Cons:

Тропический душ был сломан,бутылки с гелем и шампунем невозможно достать с подставки,на одном из них был сломан дозатор,стены в трещинах, плесень на потолке,очень шумно-всё слышно что происходит в коридоре

E' frequentato principalmente da ragazzi che quando alle 2 o le 3 di notte tornano dalle discoteche... fanno un caos enorme e quindi è impossibile dormire

Good location but extremely rowdy and some facilities felt unclean
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff and rooms were generally clean.

Cons:

Noisy and rowdy despite having a noise policy in place from midnight. Hotel is split into 2 parts with no staff in Marco Polo II at night. We had a terrible leak in our room and evidence of mould. We asked to be moved and they said they were fully booked so we asked for someone to at least look at the leak and they had no engineers available. Pool area seemed generally unclean as did the pool water.

The hotel was disgusting. We were given a room that was filthy and unclean. The balcony door was also broken so badly that it wouldn’t even shut! They tried to give us this room knowing that the door wouldn’t shut and would be left open 24/7, completely unsafe! There was mould in our room that was painted over and became worse during our stay.

Der Security Typ war nett und eine liebe maus

Cons:

Eine Kakerlake hat uns angegriffen, überall war Schimmel, wir haben illegale Substanzen und Gegenstände von anderen Leuten in unseren Zimmer gefunden. Der Typ an der Rezeption war sehr hochnäsig. Wir mussten mehrmals Zimmer wechseln und erst als ich geweint habe haben wir ein halbwegs sauberes Zimmer bekommen
