Location is really good but if you want to sleep at night, it’ll be difficult during spring and summer

Air conditioning not working. We called for assistance but they were not able to fix it and it seemed like it was an issue in our room but we booked 3 rooms with friends. We asked them in the morning and everyone had the same issue with the air conditioning and no one could open the window to get fresh air because of the loud music outside.
None of us could get any sleep unfortunately

Zentrale Lage, Zimmer jedoch eher nicht so schön.
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in guter Lage zur Innenstadt / Fuzo.. Diese war in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Lokale alle gleich ums Eck.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Decke im Bad blätterte ab, Fenster dreckig, Teppichboden mit unzähligen großen Flecken Dennoch saubere. Betten und sauberes Bad.

Pros:

Very clean, great location only 5 minutes walk to Hbf, early check-in is possible. Eventhough there is a construction work but not noisy in the room. The room is spacious. Reception open until 11p.m.

Optimal für einen Städtetrip !
Pros:

Sehr nettes, total zentral gelegenes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind natürlich nicht riesig, man möge dazu aber auch die hervorragende Lage und den wirklich angenehmen Preis berücksichtigen. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was ein gutes Frühstück braucht - frisch, abwechlungsreich, sehr lecker! Sehr nette hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterinnen!

Pros:

Alles war extrem unkompliziert und zufriedenstellend. Badewanne und kleiner Balkon sehr angenehm. Das Teegedeck war super und kam und sehr entgegen da wir wegen eines Vorstellungstermins extrem früh gehen mussten. Lokal gegenüber wo wir gut gegessen haben und 2 Minuten zur Haltestelle Stachus hervorragend, wir würden wieder kommen.

نزلت فيه ليلة قبل التوجه للنمسا وانا راجع قبل رحلة العوده
الموقع وقربه من كثير من البقالات والمطاعم والمحال العربيه
قربه من ماريا بلترز مسافة مشي
نظيف وسعره مناسب

بعض الغرفه بدون تكييف .. طبعا اذا صادفت يوم حار فقط فالصيف
