Walking distance to everywhere..
Pros:

In the middle of everything. We literally walked all around central London from the hotel.

Cons:

There is not much amenities in the hotel, everything was on the other building.

Wasn’t worth the money.
Pros:

Room was clean

Cons:

Bad service, took my 3 kids called reception & concierge 5 times as I was ringing room service for over a hour with no answer, said they would get them to call, never did.
There sister hotel is a lot better.

Feels like a nice place to retreat to away from the bustle of central London
Pros:

The hotel is located well in Chelsea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property has comfortable beds and is clean, access to the sister hotel is also good where one can use the spa, sauna, steam room and the swimming pool.

Cons:

The breakfast offering can improve.

Still waiting for an apology from jumeriah towers and a complimentary afternoon teas as promised as a way of an apology
Pros:

Loved the property
However the restaurant was closed and we had to use the Jumeirah for breakfast.
This was a disaster. Poor service. Incorrect breakfast delivered. . Was poorly cooked.
Worst breakfast experience.

Cons:

Staff helpful. Lovely hotel.

The walls between the rooms are not sound prove, I could hear the sound from the adjacent room which was annoying and disturbing

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. room was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, which made my stay very relax
