Great bed, really good size bathrooms and polite staff.
Pros:

I requested an early check in as we were travelling to London for a wedding and needed to get ready. I was on the day granted early.check in but felt I should not have had to phone and email many times before being told when I arrived it was possible.

Cons:

Early check in arrangements not being in place.

London is always the best place to spend a vacation howver the reception staff made it a huge dissapointlent.

Cleanliness and location. The best staff of the hotel are the housekeeping staff.
